No, they banned him from Twitter and Facebook and Youtube explicitly because they could or in the case of Twitter, they basically kept getting bullied and threatened, until Jack caved and banned him.

(Ironically, because Jones doesn't keep archives of his work, Youtube deleting his channel ironically helped his defense in his current lawsuit since the claims about what he said about Sandy Hook were those videos and now they've been erased and most likely can't be entered into evidence in the case against him).
