On the flipside, to hardcore 1488ers and whatnot it was a success that's emboldened them. While cville was seen as a flop both due to the kind of nutcases showing up there, the mass doxing afterwards, and the car incident that many of them saw as a setup (which does have some weight to it), this is basically everything they've wanted to do but never actually had the balls to do. Hell even that synagogue shooting was seen as a mixed bag because the guy shot a bunch of random old people.

The Daily Stormer in particular has been gloating about this since it happened, Breitbart had to turn off their comment section and ban people for supporting the shooter, and YouTube copies of the soundtrack of the shooter have been swarmed with comments about it, even more than other songs used in shock videos or liked by other mass shooters. The fact said mosque also had a few of their members go on to get killed by drone strikes helped along with the fact that far more people don't like Muslims compared to Jews.

Both Charlottesville and the synagogue shooting were major defeats for the alt-right being optical disasters and creating division. The MSM was able to rattle down their usual narrative with a bit of substance and the effect was devastating.
This shooting is a whole different beast, might have something to do with MSM having an incredibly inefficient response. The shooter was able to run circles around media and they are completely oblivious to it, the kiwi government being retarded also helps.
As you can see, the size of the body pile really doesn't matter, what matters is how you market it.

We let them in for cheap labor, (you guys always make it out to be something bigger.) They're not doing it out of the goodness of their heart or because the native population demanded it. It's because Europe work force is getting older and more people are educated. We still need people to do unskilled labor to keep society going. The other problem with AI revolution around the corner and a potential loss of jobs this would end up with millions of unskilled, uneducated migrants with no way to make ends meet along with the legal citizens losing jobs in large quantities which would end in probably either a socialist government (UBI here we come) or just outright violence, which is still dumb.

This guy went in and shot up a mosque full of innocent people, probably fully knowing that none of these people were radicalized jihadists or terrorists of an otherwise nature.

Personally I think that was part of the attempt, because he wants the Muslims to strike back after said event, he may not be personally or directly trying to radicalize them but it would be in a sense collateral damage. If the moderates attack White people or the general citizens as revenge, he would have already succeeded at making them out to be radicals i the first place. So he wouldn't have to put much effort in there.

To make it clear, I believe he was trying to get Whites to become tribal and aggressive and Muslims to become tribal and aggressive leading to a pressure cooker event (violent conflict in society) so it could be a partial indirect outcome of said actions anyway.

Nurses and medical personnel are a big one. By 2020 the US will be in a deficit of 1 million nursing staff, and getting an LPN isn't exactly hard if a couple years of school didn't run you $40k+. Paramedics are another big one. The US needs a quarter million welders today, expected to be 300k by end of next year. Those aren't the ones that can be replaced by robots either, these are like construction welders, pipeline guys (oil, gas, and water mainly), fabrication and repair welders. The US needs mechanics, specifically for diesel, CNG, and electric engines as people move away from gasoline. Plumbers, HVAC, basic societal maintenance shit are in short supply as older folks retire and not nearly as many younger folks enter the field. Also another thing that will create a lot of jobs in 10-20 years people aren't talking about is the major electrical overhaul we will need. The greater East Coast megalopolis in the US has electrical infrastructure that has been around for nearly 100 years, and in the UK and France the infrastructure is over 100 years old. As morbid as it sounds, Germany's is more modern due to the destruction of WWII.

The automation thing is a big deal, but there are options out there. The answer isn't as easy as "lol learn2code lol" but there are significant numbers of good paying jobs in fields that are pretty rapidly expanding. We will need to put a tax on automated labor though, just like they do a payroll tax for employees currently. That's just an inevitability. Personally I don't see the automation crisis being much of a crisis at all if we can just get people to stop getting meme degrees and get them to learn (respected and high paying) trade skills.

I fully agree, the problem is more in the hands of the migrants we keep bringing in especially when they are low IQ and low skilled. (Not just the U.S.) which seems purposely done to try to cause a conflict, or culture war. Those who aren't regulated to low skill, low IQ could easily adapt when new job markets open but those who aren't will basically be a hinderance and probably cause issues, especially from migration sections.
