This thread is also the first and only place I've heard about it. I did a quick news search and couldn't find anything about any accusations. For what it's worth, it looks like he was going to marry his girlfriend of 12 years later this year.

I don't think the dead should be immune from being #MeToo'd if it's legitimate; see Jimmy Savile, that British TV personality who apparently was messing with kids for much of his long career. But whatever accusations there might be against Perry right now are apparently so insubstantial that the muckraking press isn't covering them yet, and that's saying something.

Step back from the bullshit and ask yourself "does this home remedy crap actually work better than purpose-built product?". Until you can answer conclusively "yes" to that question expect to get weird looks when you tell people to put food in their hair.

ok I don't have much experience with HR Dept, but could Funimation fake a sexual assault report/falsify dates on a SA report easily? And could they do it without Vic knowing about it if there was an actual report when/if said event actually happened? Monica said her attack was at Funimation and just curious since things are turning sour for them if they would do this to get an "Ace in their pocket" type scenario.

Could they? Sure. But it is incredibly legally risky. Especially since Monica has previously described said “attack” as taking place in the public lobby, and involving him touching her hair and whispering “something sexual” in her ear... that she can’t remember or quote. Any and every person that touched said report goes under oath and gets grilled for discovery. And the odds of everyone willing to commit perjury for Funimation? Have you looked at their Glassdoor reviews? The moment they tried it somebody would leak it to Nick or Ty Beard. And then things get ugly.

Gofundme is not stupid enough to mess with something created by lawyers and paying into an IOLTA. And not for obvious reasons of ideology. GoFundMe has developed a nice little market niche servicing legal defense fundraising. If they were to mess with an IOLTA fund they would have the Trial Lawyers jumping down their throats. The American Association for Justice, formerly known as the American Trial Lawyers Association is one of the most politically powerful groups in the US. Being a powerful lobbying group on par with the NRA. You don’t piss off the Trial Lawyers.and Rule One of not pissing off the Trial Lawyers is don’t meddle with the Trial Lawyers newfangled ways to get paid! Making a false report to the Bar IS illegal! It’s perjury, filing a false official sworn report or affidavit. Further it is Defamation and Business Defamation. And civil actionable. And it costs the offended lawyer nothing to sue your ass. There’s a reason you have to give a real name and contact info on those reports.
