So wait, does he have this evidence or? I mean it sounds juicy as all hell, but would be a shame if he hadn't seen some sort of proof.

Well, he has a mole inside KamehaCon who has been feeding him this. I suppose it's possible the mole has been lying to him…

basically, monica rial and christopher sabat bullied the con owner of kamehacon into kicking vic and instead he kicked the con. worst? they did it over phone calls and texts. and they were threats according to the con owner.

so yeah. Kickvic is about to get nutkicked.

Oh god, was this entire thing seriously based on "insider information" all along? Has he been open about that or has he been full on "I know seeeecrets!"? You don't bank your rep on the fact some secret spy is being completely upfront with you.

If your ADHD is playing up and you can't sit through the whole of his stream Super Girl on Youtube has clipped out the rantiest part of the rant

What's odd about this is that I remember a few years back Hollywood made a bunch of films on the evils of McCarthyite blacklisting of anyone on the left as Communists. Now it seems that coastal lefties are blacklisting anyone either on the right or whom left wing twitter mob has gone after with any sort of allegation of wrong doing.

He's being up front about that. That's how we know it.

Yes, Hollywood loves making films portraying Hollywood as heroic for defying blacklists imposed by Hollywood.

No, the irony will never set in.

Here's my Grand Unified Theory of American aristocratic leftists. They're angry because of things that affect them directly - Hollywood blacklists, casting couchers like Weinstein and worse like Epstein . However they know that if they talk about that they'll be blacklisted and 'never work in this city again'. So they focus their anger on acceptable proxies, basically anyone who doesn't toe the party line of out of touch leftism.

And #MeToo is ideal for this - they can spread a rumour someone they dislike is guilty of sexual misconduct and get them blacklisted.

It's all basically high school, popular kids shit where you pick on outsiders rather than the insiders who torment you. Of course in that environment there's always someone more 'popular' than you, where 'popular' means 'feared'. Weinstein targeted Gwyneth Paltrow, despite her Hollywood aristocracy pedigree and the fact she was dating an A list actor, Brad Pitt. I reckon Pitt and Paltrow knew they couldn't take on Weinstein. Even Meryl Streep couldn't do that - she called him 'God' to his face.

So when you see Ellen Page denounce the harmless Mike Pence in the best acting she's done for years, you can sort of see what drives it - she entered the business young and probably had a fair few people trying casting couches on her as the price of entry. However she knows if she talks about that her career is over and she'll be back doing TV in Canada again and not earning the big bucks. She also knows everyone around her hates Pence and so denouncing him is safe. Transferred anger is socially acceptable, directing it at the real targets is not.

And I bet with all the #KickVic types, there's something analogous going on. Lots of the most vocal male feminists like Dan Harmon have got some skeletons in their closet and everyone knows it. They also know that people like that are too dangerous to take on. Vic is a safe target and so all their hate can be channelled onto him.

It reminds me the Anti Sex League in Orwell's 1984 - repression and transference producing political fanaticism.

In the moral abyss of entertainment business, virtue signaling for personal profit is the closest thing to virtue that you can find.

Although I don't usually go in for conspiracy theories, on the face of it I can't think of a better way that Hollywood could have totally neutralized the pending explosion of legitimate accusations of workplace sexual assault and rape in 2017 than to:

  1. Flood the zone with an enormous number of unprovable accusations of increasingly lower severity (e.g. Aziz Ansari) to make people associate the entire premise with frivolous claims;
  2. Turn it into a social activity where everyone gets to participate in doing the above (whoever branded the movement #metoo is fucking brilliant because it's perfectly phrased to pique female solipsism) - suburban housewives and retarded college students breathlessly sharing the time that someone complimented their outfit and it was basically rape to collect twitter asspats;
  3. Use the resulting confusion and eventual backlash to brush serious allegations under the rug.

Tinfoil hat or not, I think you're correct. A few sacrificial lambs were given up- weinstein, spacey- but for the most part, the culture will not change, the casting couch will never go away, and the pedos will still rape children. There's too much money to be made to allow any actual justice take place.

admittedly, I should've said allegedly. honestly? I hope it isn't true. fact is, as long as kickvic has nothing of real substance, both sides are going to continue chimping, which means more drama and laughter.

I don't believe Nick has based this on someone's unverified word.

During last night's stream (start at about 0:57:50), Nick said that he can prove tortious interference by Sabat. Some guy's unverified word wouldn't be proof. Nick knows that. He's a lawyer. He's not stupid. He says he's got proof.

Either he's completely lying about having proof, or he actually does have it but he has to protect his source and he can't show it to us yet.

I never thought some faggoty anime crap would lead to the greatest shit in the world, but this has been awesome. The Amazons: great. The Beard: great. He thanked Kiwi Farms and said "you guys do great work" I'm fucking dead. His entire monologue about Othello was killer.

Nick's opponents really need to work on their names. Soye sounds uncomfortably like 'Soy' and 'Sabat' sounds uncomfortably like 'Sabotage'.

Given Nick's narrative is that a bunch of Internet virtue signalling soyboys sabotaged Vic's real world career in total ignorance that real world law doesn't follow the Twitter mob rules they were used to this seems to be a bad look for them.

A brief overview of the "two for one" stream last night, for those who don't have 3 hours to spare on the podcast:

Nick and Ty Beard had another sit down and discussed several things in more depth. Nick also had an ethics complaint (or two?) to read out to his stream.

Ron Toye (also known as Soye) said the usual spurious twitter crap in his complaint(s?). He also added that the GoFundMe for Vic was a scam. Mentioned Nick was drinking and calling people names. Honestly it was a dry read. The two lawyers chuckled about it without going into the reply from the ethics board. Having accidentally shown people's dox before on his stream, Nick elected not to show the document this time.

The stream continued with Nick repeating ways to counter the toxic kickvic crowd. Encouraged not talking to the opposing side. Called Soye & friends various colorful insults. "Blue haired Orca" was attributed to the twitter account Renfamous, which made me laugh aloud.

Hypotheticals suddenly turned super weird as The Beard talked about a whiteboard showing the honest to goodness conspiracy that his office had pieced together. Using Shakespeare-inspired names, Beard goes on to talk about Sabat and Soye using Iago and Igor respectively. Mentions that despite Sabat trusting Soye to ferry about his messages, they actually don't seem to get along very well, and will likely sell each other out. Also mentioned that he looked forward to questioning the two on evidence, noting that they can either lie on the stand and go to jail, or tell the truth and get Vic a quick win. Mocked Funimation and Rooster Teeth's legal strategy. Nick goes over the information he exploded about in the previous night's stream, prompting The Beard to respond several times with a carefully worded "To my knowledge this is not incorrect." The Beard also tip-toed around millennials being wusses and without sense.

They bantered for a bit about random things. The Beard showed off his newly received space ship Yamato replica. Also, it was revealed that Nick had a place on the Texas team should he ever move out there. Whether a joke or a compliment is anyone's guess. Nick seemed quite flattered.

Super chats were read out and Nick went all in on Renfamous multiple times. Questioning its gender and more or less making it out to be a twitter troll. Implied it was a "Harpy without female organs" and called it blue-haired this and that.
