Are you suggesting an Orwellian society that dumps millions into stalking women to determine their sexual partners? In such a society, wouldn't it be better to use those funds to protect the woman from rape in the first place?

Okay, two questions:

1. The reason rape was originally a property crime was because it lessened her bride price, meaning that because she was no longer a virgin she could not fetch as high a price as she could have before her hymen was broken. Are you suggesting it should be a property crime because you see women as chattel, or because you think their fathers should be paid for them and bride price should be reinstated?

2. If the rape of a slut should not be punishable but the rape of a non-slut should be death, what is the criteria for determining if a woman is a slut or not a slut? Would it be only virgins who have their hymen in tact can be raped? How can a woman prove she is not a slut? How would it be proved that she is a slut? Who should decide whether she's a slut or not?

That's really not enforceable unless you a) choose an arbitrary number (like she's a slut if she's slept with X men), or base it on the way she looks (when she could in fact be a virgin), or base it on her being a virgin. If you based it on virginity she'd be pretty fucked because hymens can break for any number of completely innocent reasons, she would almost certainly no longer have an in-tact hymen after being raped, and she couldn't prove it was in tact immediately before the rape.

It might as well be Saudi Arabia.
