She “accidentally” sleeps in to 11, stays awake all night and can’t even follow a schedule she created. She is unemployable. I just feel sorry for her family, especially her grand mother.

I’ve said it before though, IF she got a job she would easily lose 50 pounds in 6 months. That’s a big if though and with her overall attitude, it’s probably better that she doesn’t have any coworkers and management to screw around.

She's more or less maintained the same weight since college, so I don't think a job would help her lose any weight. She'd probably have take out for breakfast, lunch, second lunch, snack, and dinner if she were working. The only job experience she has is telemarketing and being a secretary, so the end result would be her sitting on her humongous ass doing nothing, just somewhere other than her house, and closer to fast food.

Gorl got her ass fired from her most recent work (which was years ago, but which she's currently lying about still having on LinkedIn, along with lying about her education and language proficiency) and I'm willing to bet her firing was directly or indirectly related to food. She's never lost any weight working, and is now unemployable so it's a moot point. If her YouTube channel tanked, she'd have to sell Avon or something like that, because any employer considering her would Google for five seconds and find a video of her sitting in a fruit fly enclosure talking about fucking homeless men for burgers.

She had a video in which she explained why she's lost her job. If someone could dig it out (unless it's been deleted) that would be great.

I think from what I remember she got fired because she had a conflict going on with the doctor she was working for which is totally understandable considering her vile lazy personality. In another video she claimed she was an executive assistant which is fucking laughable. Executive assistant is a serious demanding job, she was just a receptionist/administrator so someone to answer a phone and do some filing.

Chantal hates authority and being told what to do so I believe this spreads to her work too. She fancies herself educated, sophisticated career woman who doesn't have to take orders from anyone.

I for one have used her videos every single day for at least a year since I discovered her when I'm lifting weights and just before my daily run before her I was using fat acceptance cringe videos so yeah she's DEFINITELY motivated me thanks chantily ??

As crazy as it sounds to believe Chantal, I do believe her when she said she was an executive assistant. She was able to live off of her severance and unemployment for an amazingly long period of time which would make sense if she was in a well paid position and not something commensurate to her skill level. She only recently ran into money troubles as evidenced by having to sell her car, a third person being added to their living situation (even though that may have nothing to do with finances if this person is Bibi's wife from the home country) and videos declaring that she was going to stop using makeup and eating out as a way of reducing her spending (Which lack of self-control caused her to instantly go back on).

also if I recall correctly she said she was fired due to time card fraud so that she would be clocked in but not in the building (my theory is she would leave to get food before her shift

Also, I wanted to add my unsolicited opinion about Amberlynn vs. Chantal. I would honestly rather spend time with Amberlynn any day. Both women are atrocious. but at the very least you could count on the fact that Amberlynn seeing hundreds of movies and watching a new movie practically every day to find some movies in common to talk to her about. You could also talk about books. And Amberlynn will pretend that she's about to read them. Or Miley Cyrus.

With Chantal, she's watched MCU movies according to her vlogs but my prediction is when Peetz tries to talk about them he gets about 3 minutes before she changes the subject. So probably a no go.

You are stuck talking about food or an episode of unsolved mysteries that you vaguely remember watching some 20 years ago but only if you don't mind that Chantal will get most of the details wrong and will read out loud from Wikipedia and pretend she is coming up with it on her own.

She was a complete nincompoop at work. She didn't understand what she was supposed to do, took excessive absences, blamed others for not training her properly, and was busted for sneaking out of work early daily. She did not have a temporary job (she lied about it, but fesses up in her video); she was shitcanned pure and simple.

I've posted the video a few times; here it is once again. It takes her 30 minutes to get the whole story out, and there is plenty of chewing and lip smacking and finger licking going on, so it is a tough listen. She tries to portray herself as righteous and competent, but inadvertently makes herself sound like a big fat lazy dummy who is impossible to work with and irritating to have around...

Ultimately, after making herself sound like the dumbass employee from hell, she comes to the conclusion "I think they just don't like overweight people there"

Start around 4:37 where she says "I haven't been completely honest with you guys, but..."

She probably backed her way into the gig by lying about experience and thought she could BS her way through it since that's pretty much how she has been able to operate since high school. Except Chantal is A) lazy and B) not very smart, so, the BSing became pretty apparent very quickly. I'm sure her boss was demanding but if what she says is true, and she was working with a higher-ranking physician, that's exactly what you'd expect. This isn't Pam at Dunder Mifflin here.

But yeah, it's amazing she can tell that story and not feel remotely embarrassed/mortified at how she handled it. She almost has convinced herself she wasn't to blame, and maybe she has...but there's no question the story only reinforces every negative thought we've had about Chantal.

Chantal lies too much to ever tell for sure what is really going on with her. But there are lots of people in jobs they aren't qualified for.

Other than paying his portion of the rent it is impossible for me to believe that Bibi is supportive in even the smallest way financially or otherwise. He is an extremely disinterested roommate who lives a life completely independent from Chantal.

Bit late I know, but looking at that side-profile shot of her from the post of the Family Sarrault Do Pizza & Poutine, I noticed that Chantal's sister has a serious case of 'adenoid facies' (aka the Napoleon Dynamite look). No wonder she eats with her mouth open - she likely can't breath through her nose much, if at all.

So, when some of us told her over & over that she eats enough for 4, we were labeled 'haters' & blocked. Today, the Queen of the 'heaping tablespoon' admits she had no idea how many servings she was eating.
We all said that she will be shocked when she actually sees how little a 1/2 cup of something is, & how little is in a tablespoon. And not 'heaping' 1/2 cups or tablespoons Chantal.
Not sure why she thinks only the angle of the camera makes her look huge -she is huge at any angle. She can barely turn the wheel of the car & kept shifting in her seat to try & get more room between her stomach & the wheel. And unless she films the nutritionist weighing her (without any edits) I will never believe the weight she claims. She looks fatter to me, but she says it's the angle. OK then.
I also find it hard to believe she ate nothing until 2 pm. Most normal people would find this hard to do, & we're talking about Chantal here.
Time will tell if this new plan works, but in the end, Chantal lies -however, the camera doesn't.
