Texas courts have their own thing. I don't know what county it would be filed in though. Texas has 254 counties. It's somehow more ridiculous than California, despite not having the same population.

It would likely be in Harris county, since that's where the Houston civil courthouse is located

Vic seems to be in good spirits all things considered, he's obviously not talking about it much but he's still doing his usual livestreams for his fans. As Ty said he's stronger than people give him credit for, I doubt many people could've handled the backstabbing and shitstorm he initially suffered without losing their shit. Now he just needs to keep doing business as usual and let the lawyers do what they do.

Check Tarrant and Denton county since Flower Mound is on the county line and that's where Funimation is based, Travis County is where Rooster Teeth is based, and of course he has links to Harris County
