Ralph isn't going to do shit. Zoom didn't say Ralph was armed and dangerous, so it's not swatting. Again, it was funny when it was JF but now it isn't. Call the police, Maddox.

Nobody is going to arrest him unless he's committing a crime, so malicious intent doesn't matter there. Corey is wasting police time, which is what people should be going after. Ralph isn't in danger judging by his own recollection of his interactions with authorities.

I don't know the details of how it works, but during the IBS apocalypse Diogenes asked Zoom about why the cops haven't gotten to him over SWAT calls yet and he basically described phone phreaking, or bouncing calls around like a VPN to avoid tracking.

Didn't he legit swat Joachim though? He's done worse than this for sure.
 
I don't think Ralph actually has any plans to live with Warski at that apartment, nor does he pay any of the rent. I think he is just the name on the lease so that warski could have an apartment. What they are doing could possibly be some type of visa fraud, but that is well beyond my knowledge to say for sure. At any rate, Ralph has the track record of the DNC and keeps getting caught in lie after lie after lie. He went on another spergy ban fest tonight, the only people left in the discord at this point are the dick riders, the trolls, and the trolls alts.
