State of Washington, if I'm reading this correctly his DOSA was revoked:
DOSA: This program is an alternative to incarceration for felony offenders with substance abuse problems. In lieu of confinement, offenders must successfully complete a residential, chemical-dependency treatment program in the community. The program is rated Promising. Residential DOSA was shown to significantly reduce overall recidivism rates compared with prison-based DOSA.

I don't know shit about legal stuff but if I'm interpreting this correctly they revoked his probation and he's now sitting in prison or will be soon.

Unfortunately, no. The court search for his state/county is garbage.

Actually being in the DoC rather than a county jail makes me think he's done something pretty bad.
