Oh for sure it's the statute of limitations that means they have no case against Vic, it's definately not the total lack of evidence that anything ever happened.

In all fairness, I had to go to the WayBack Machine, Archive.li wasn't working for some reason. Also WayBack did some crazy shit with the dates there, but I don't think there's anything I can do there.

Defamation with clear malice, business defamation, depending on her con communications TI. Im sure she is already on the list. Very high on the list.

And lets not forget this isn't a single count of anth of this. Funimatiin iz 1 instance of TI, RT is another. Each con is another. Every tweet is an instance. And BHBH has to have at least 200 of those from her alone.

She is so stupid... all those Refunds would have to be payed by her "friends" pulling out(after some legal battle).
You cant get Refunds for something so big if some smaller guest get ill and dont come.
So either way kamehacon is super safe.

The Twitter account with the Jamie DM screenshot made a video (he's loud, fair warning, never heard of this guy, looks like your typical clickbaiter YouTuber).
It's not his DM, someone sent it to him. So whoever that someone is will have the full DM.

I notice she's still desperately fishing around trying to manufacture some bullshit rape story.

At this point with using the threat of a breached contract to extort a third party to breach another contract, it's completely irrelevant.

She seems to think she's in some dream world from Phoenix Wright games where someone is going to walk into court to save her from her lies.
