Who exactly is this exceptional fuck weasel, and why would he assume anybody was going to show at whatever idiocy he was planning on presenting>

You forgot
9. Sexual or Romantic relationships between any Heterosexual couples that do not include one or more grossly underage parties... or incest.

Isn't it amazing how they all claim there are "Dozens of Accusers" but nobody can actually name or describe the dozens of accusations. None of them are first hand or even second hand. Nobody seems to directly know any of these dozens of victims. They are all seemingly urban legends. And what makes this real apparent is you can dig back through the social media on their own gathering places, and watch the evolution of what "everybody knows" about Vic morph from "He's a Christian!" to "He's a Christian Homophobe!" to "He's a Creepy Christian Homophobe!" to "He's a Creeper" to PEDOPHILE. All without seeming claim.

The only claim to him being a ""pedo"" is a 4chan anon randomly saying they heard of a friend from a friend of him hitting on a 17 year old who snuck into a 18+ bar and the only claim to him being a homophobe is him not signing boylove crap
They really REALLY just want to make him into the stereotypical priest who rapes kids and hates gays

If I'm not mistaken, their TOS says that they can ban you for any reason they want or even for no reason at all. That undermines the "they lied when they said why they banned me" argument - they didn't have to give a reason at all. So your complaint is that they lied? Okay, but how did the lie harm you? You wouldn't be able to say it harmed you because of the ban, because you've already tried to claim that the lie wasn't the real reason for the ban that they gave you.

The only potential avenue that you'd have to sue would be if they banned you because you were a member of a protected class. You could try to sue them for unlawful discrimination, but you'd have to prove that, and it definitely wouldn't be easy to prove. There just isn't enough information given in the ban message for you to really prove that their reason for banning you was illegal.

Now, you could maybe try to argue that they defamed you by sending the "we reviewed this and found that it violated our rules against: Hateful Conduct" message to the person who reported you, but I think that would be a pretty hard sell. I don't think many people would want to go up against Twitter's lawyers on that claim, especially not on their own nickel.
if the ban prevents me from doing my job (self-employed or not) there's damages. further, contract law is clear cut. the problem is what you said and another thing. the other thing is this is by definition legal theory and has never been attempted. the other problem is the money thing. no one wants to do a lawsuit on their own nickel and because its shaky legal theory, that makes the defense far less inclined to try it.
i don't recall stating this is how things would go. if I did, it was in error. this is all theory but no application. no case law (though to be frank there's little precedent that I know of that covers the extent of fair use).

I read 40+ pages of this thread, saw numerous screenshots of REEEEEENfamous screeching, and fun factoids about law and anime to state that: Laura Bailey and Troy Baker most likely stopped doing minimum wage anime roles for big budget video games because they became new parents over the past few months/years. (Not together though Laura with her husband Troy with his wife etc)

I bring this up to state, maybe if Jaimie, Monica, and Chris applied themselves more They wouldn't be in this autistic group trying to blacklist VA with shady deals.

To be fair, at least with Sabat, he's worked his way up to producer status and managed to get Funimation (a company he used to work for) by the literal balls and create his own little fiefdom within the anime world. For some, that's enough to make them think they've made it and keep them contained and not contaminating other parts of the kingdom.

Also, the video game industry is considered to be looked down upon by a lot of people in the entertainment world. Working as a video game voice actor, let alone writer for one, is like being a porn star who's career has collapsed to the point of doing the scummiest bareback interracial gang bang porn on the market.

Correction:

9. Sexual or Romantic relationships between any Heterosexual couples that do not include one or more grossly underage parties, incest, or Sharia law (but I repeat myself).

Unless his claim is one of the ones that Vic is suing over specifically, it would be inadmissible in Vic's case. It would be prejudicial and unrelated to the case.

If he wants justice, he should report the incident to the police. Or, sue Vic directly over the specific matter he claims occurred.

Oh look he’s willing to testify! To second or third hand information that “everybody knows” or perhaps to “I was a con staffer and Vic yelled at me when nobody setup chairs in his presentation hall”

Most likely Ty is going to figure out what he has to say. If it doesn't relate to the lawsuit. Then his word means neigh in the courtroom. Probably making things worse for the other side. But most of all, he better be prepared to prove his case, or else this is going to be a blood bath with The Beard, and the Amazons being in charge of it.

EDIT: That last tweet may come true faster than he realizes.

What could he testify on? All he could say is that for a short second, he saw Vic seemingly having a girl's shoulder/hair in his possession and made her uncomfortable at a con. That's it! None of your words have affected Vic's career or pertain to any of the voice actresses involved. He is literally a useless soy asshole. He doesn't even know the identity of the girl he's talking about.

Emmett is just seeking attention and virtue-signalling for women. That's it.

If this idiot watched Nick's streams, he would have to prove that what he claimed happened did happen. Otherwise, it's defamation. Fucking idiot.

If the ban wasn't a violation of some duty that they had to you, then your damages are moot. The court can't remedy the situation. It can only force Twitter to adhere to its duties, and in this case, Twitter will argue that it had no duty to you.

Your argument is "but you lied! you can't do that!" They'll just say "so what? We were going to ban you anyway." You: "this ban harmed me, though, so I demand to know the real reason why." Twitter: "we don't have to tell you why. Goodbye."

Sure they already read his little article. Just amazes me how these people just come out of the woodwork. "Vic Stans just need to move on!!" how can we when you got theses idiots trying to cash in on the issue

that's not how that would go down. at all. stop being autistic.

Wait that $30 GFM was real? I thought it was a joke cuz I couldn't find it on the website.

Yeah, it's real. Here are the archives if anyone who hasn't seen them yet wants a giggle:

It's still one of my personal favorite knee-jerk reactions to this whole fiasco. There never seems to be any time for self-reflection when there's a potential for precious virtue signal points to be harvested.

I never understand that attitude. That early career stuff means you paid your dues. Yeah you laugh about it when you hit the big leagues, but you don’t disavow or bury it like it was gay tranny porn. It humanizes the actor. “We’ve all had some shit jobs. Or did some weird shit to make rent when we were starting out.” Type of thing.

Like his castmates, Cranston made "fuck you" money doing Malcolm in the Middle. He made so much "fuck you" money off that show and it's subsequent syndication deal, that he was able to reject every offer made to him after MITM (which basically had him playing variations of his dad character from that show) until he was offered the lead in Breaking Bad, which he took.

Because of this, Cranston is part of a large circle of actors who basically have enough money that they can take a "holier than thou" attitude on their earlier, starving actor work. Which is also ironic, as Cranston fancied himself a would-be "serious actor" prior to landing his role on MITM and opted to live off his residuals than continue to do comedy, until he got his dream gig on Breaking Bad, to let him finally be a "dramatic actor" and not the latest incarnation of the cliched "dumb submissive husband who's wife runs the family with an iron fist".

I'm not going to lie. As much as I fondly view anime as the not just the form of animation, but the artistic style that had done the things censors and moral crusading hypocrites have long fucked over in the States and is a staple of the 1990s, not everything back then was all that great and my view of the world is only but one perspective that others had about these times. I'll be honest too that anime dubbing was but just a fleeting thought and meager position seen as but a way to get a paycheck on by before the big breaks. Anime dubbing actors at these times were also harshly, and I mean harshly ragged upon by anime purists and the ass end of elite weeaboo fandom during the late 1990s and early 2000s, who thought that Anime was great only in Japanese and was great simply because it was Japanese in origin; one of these actresses was Apollo Smile, who while admittedly had something of a cash in streak by claiming herself the real life anime girl of the US, a lot of her work was admitted by industry workers and fans was snubbed to where assholes at conventions would take her merchandise, get it signed, and trashed it out as soon as they left the center. Bryan Cranston is only one of the very, very lucky few who was able to land the stardom a lot of other aspiring actors wanted, and as much as I dislike his snubbing of his anime early days, I can understand why the times he was trying to make it in was something he doesn't want to look back on.

Yea remember people fawning over Ninja Scroll and Legend of the Overfiend and other like overfiend, parents didn't like it so much. Probably made the Pseudoname just in case it got worse and blew up like the DnD scare in the 70's.

Kanzenshuu has a rule that no one can change their username.
They made an exception for "Julie" because their username referenced their "dead name."

Yeah, I noticed. Despite being seen as a creep about a year ago, coming out as a tranny means they have to be listened to.

Sure looks transphobic with the name change.

Jacob/Julie is going to get a thread on this site eventually. He's peak autogynephiliac.
