Another one of Geekdom101's sperg friends is dropping his panels. With friends like this who needs enemies. I'd be pissed if I stuck my neck out for these dorks only to leave the convention high and dry. I don't even have the faintest clue what in the world this guy does or was gonna do at the con.

Yeah, the guy who put alot of MarzGurl's VA friends onto a job with all of his animation projects, including TOME and it's RPG game spinoff.

I'm not shocked, tbh. He's in deep industry-wise now.

They're CV padding -- It's exactly how Andre Meadows converted being a long-time industry insider, goodwill campaign ambassador and high-roller fan into becoming a part of the PR franchise as an acting talent by being chosen to "play" in the HyperRPG PR:Hyperforce D&D campaign broadcast alongside other PR talent, actors, and influencers.

There's a lot of people who do this in every fandom that has a local or dedicated foreign convention, with a sliver of hope that they get the come-up too.

Should be noted that Kirbopher also has skeletons in his closet. I would dismiss these as just bullshit from tumblrs and gossipy harpies, but they don't like to give that benefit of the doubt to other.

You're not getting my point at all. My point from the start was that I disliked the fact that you're somehow disallowed to think Goblin Slayer is a trash anime or you're either SJW or pandering to the SJWs, when the more accurate anime to point to for that is Shield Hero. Goblin Slayer does not improve after episode one, it continues to be awful. It only cares about showing instead of telling if the 'showing' involves gratuitous violence and a bunch of goblins deciding to eat a girl.

I don't care about what they're doing to DoA or to anything else. My point is that Goblin Slayer is a terrible, crappy anime that creeps under the radar using 'only snowflake man haters don't like this anime' as a shield against every criticism that gets levied against it. And thus, I find it incredibly annoying. Especially when there's much better anime to use that on, like Shield Hero, that is legitimately only targeted by people who are looking for outrage - and that's evidenced by the fact that the crap that's complained about in Shield Hero is the same thing that shows up almost everywhere else in ecchi comedy anime.

If you like Goblin Slayer, good for you. I never said you couldn't, and I said the opposite, in fact. You just can't see past your knee-jerk reaction that maybe sometimes people can dislike a crappy anime for reasons that aren't just the patriarchy.

And by the way, since you still don't get it, I don't dislike isekai harem or Konosuba. I like them (at least the ones that don't drown themselves in a pointless harem that totally derails the story, like Smartphone, Ragnarok, and Death March), I was just using them as an example that the accusations against Shield Hero have no weight, because if the people protesting Shield Hero actually cared and weren't just looking for something to stoke the fires of their outrage, they'd target those, not Shield Hero.

Now seriously, stop blowing up at me with novel length rants because you didn't like a paragraph length of something I said.

Have audiences really become this pussified to fantastical grotesque violence and the unordinary? For fuck's sake, you might as well as complain about the Alien franchise, and god forbid if you watch Alien VS Predator 2, which in my case is probably one of the best Alien movies made, or read the comics, all of which includes how xenomorphs are supposed to be the most mindbending, disgusting, and repulsive alien creatures that will ruin you and your fucking life in the most cruelest and slowest way possible. You might as well be like the gentialia-less fags down at T.H.E.M. Anime Reviews and denounce anything that isn't Ghibli or Satoshi Kon, like that faggot Bertschy, because god forbid society indulges in anime porn. Go to Cursed Images and look at any fucking Lolcow with a perverse fetish. I'd rather be jacking it to anime boobies than cartoon ponies and bestiality in a diaper because there is a least a fucking STANDARD.

I don't think anything will happen to the people breaking their contracts with kameha con. Considering they were willing to bend over backwards for them initially and only seem to have walked it back due to possible legal action I don't think they've got the spine to actually go after people. They'll likely run this one and never be heard from again while the VAs and other funimation sponsored cretins (looking at you Geekdom) will use their influence to get their friends panels and spaces at other cons while bleating about how Vic is killing cons with his presence and that no new cons should invite him for that reason.

Monica is the 4th Bulma, all the others are a bunch of internet nobodies, Mills is the voice of Monaka (the literal team filler by Beerus) and is more well known for filling in while Chris Ayres was hospital ridden to voice Frieza.

Monica is the 4th Bulma, all the others are a bunch of internet nobodies, Mills is the voice of Monaka (the literal team filler by Beerus) and is more well known for filling in while Chris Ayres was hospital ridden to voice Frieza.

Keep in mind, they lose out by not going to KamehaCon more than the con does. They need those autographs and photo sales, while numerous IStandWithVic people have been doing ticket giveaways to help send people to the con.
