As my first post on this forum (though i have been lurking since Ty mentioned it on the livestream, have never heard of it before then), i want to put what i said in other forum when i was told that a lot of KickVick guys were pulling out of the con. As this is the place with all the info on the situation, could i ask if all i said is true?
"It doesn't matter, they are breaking their contracts with the con, which not only will give them really bad rep, or even being blacklisted, with the rest of the cons (one of the most important source incomes of a VA), but with breaking their contracts, they are proving that what the lawyer of Vic said was true, and they did bully the con with the "if vic goes, i don't". And this is without mentioning them possibly being sued by kamehacon for breaching their contract, and if they do have the threats of Rial Sabatage (Rial and Sabat), there is no way they can with that.
And in the end, the important thing ain't the VAs themselves in a con, but the fans that are going to see it. And looking at how the support of Vic coming back is many times bigger than the fury of the idiots, kamehacon is gonna be succesful anyways. Vic is gonna make money to help in his case against Rial Sabatage, and if everything goes well, the idiots will get sued and have to go to other court too, losing even more money.
So, the only thing they won with this was:
-Admitting their heinous acts
-Losing money
-Getting blacklisted for many cons
-Look more like idiots"
Also, i wanted to put this here to laugh a little (probably all of you already know this), as my presentation card:

I'm archiving that. The "Funimation" part might be relevant.
It is weird. When the whole Kevin Spacey thing happened, people made articles about his "apology" letter and his homosexuality announcement first. Then, the articles of him being ridiculed and removed from roles came afterwards.
But that didn't happen to Vic. They didn't make a separate article of his Kahema Con announcement. They grouped it in with the sexual assault allegations and the voice actors leaving Kameha Con.

No one has here claimed Sabat is a vice principal of okratron 5000. It's his fucking company, of course he is the principal. However, several of us have made arguments he is a vice principal of Funimation. I bet there are 5 posts about this from @RodgerDodger and @AnOminous alone.

The theory was always that he's Iago because he's a vice principal of Funimation (he supposedly has hiring and firing authority on DB) and he is the owner of Okratron 5000 (his company).
Ty said (paraphasing) "I'm not only going after you, I'm going after your company."
The only fly in that ointment is that Ty said he's not an employee of any of the studios, but that can possibly be explained by the fact he'd be a contractor like the rest of the VAs.
Because they need to be woke (especially if Sabat is the ringleader), but still need the fucking $$$ they're leaving on the table by not going.

Which brings up an interesting theoretical legal question. If Sabat offers than the space to do their signings, outside the con. Has he not then involved himself and his business in a TI with Contract cause of action by Kamehacon? Totally separate from Vic’s TI actions against the VA’s. Todd would be interfering with the VA# contracts with the Con and compelling them or giving them cause to breach.
Wouldn’t it be fun to subpoena Amazon to see if any of the major players own a copy or read it?
Technically we have deliberately avoided giving REN her own thread. She is too thirsty for it. She is deliberately trying to bait her way into such so that she can use it in her weird Twitter Wars. She shows up heavily in the Comicsgate thread as she thirsts for Richard Meyer and EVS. But has no thread of her own. Nick kinda went over this on his Twitter/Twitch stream, but if there is communication of them contacting the Con's higher ups and saying things like "If Vic is there, I'll back out" only entrenches the TI contract case. He said it provides evidence of malice, which is a hard portion of the case to acquire evidence for/prove. If there is communication to organize others to back out, it does the same with conspiracy.
If I remember correctly, when Nick got back from the con he participated in; he said a lot (if not most) in attendance were unaware of the weeb war going on. So, in the long wrong the people backing out only hurt themselves. If they try to host their own get-together, they'll being going from a niche community to a even smaller niche community.
