"Good idea!"

She is awful. They really are going to make their own pseudo signing/convention to try and further damage Kamehacon. I hope the owner leaks all the threats and sues their asses.

If I was the owner of Kamehacon I'd start doing it now, at this point they're following up on threats they made and you might as well show the world what pieces of shit they really are before they start trying to set up shop down the road from you on the same day.

I agree with the people cancelling their appearances. They will never be safe around Vic as he unleashes his unbridled rage as he grows 3 times his muscle mass. He will destroy them like he did Goku and Vegeta when they brought in their weak game early. They shall know the toll of messing with the legendary super Saiyan. Oh wait that was Broly. We're talking about the almost effeminate man I've seen ever that is incapable of banging someone's head through a wall because it will fuck up his manicure. God damn if they are that afraid of their safety on a convention filled with security guards and open to a large public then they might as well think again about crossing the street.

Sabat breaking his contract would cause additional damages, but it wouldn't really "prove" anything that Kameha couldn't already prove just by tweeting out some screenshots of the messages that he's sent them. That's the part that's really puzzling. They've already shown that they support Vic by announcing that he's coming. They're probably going to hand Vic the evidence of TI. Even if they weren't going to voluntarily cooperate, Vic's lawyers could subpoena those messages.

I think that these KickVic guests just truly believe that they can't be sued for breaking their contracts with Kameha Con.

She actually went on to accidentally make a salient point. Of course, she missed the key detail...

That's right, princess, a contract can be terminated with mutual consent. But what if both parties don't agree? What if one of the parties decides to break the contract without the other party's consent? Hmm?

Damn, it's like none of these SJWs understand the meaning of "consent". They think that an agreement goes out the window when one party says "well I changed my mind!"
Maybe he passed the information to Ty and Ty asked him not to post it until a specific time or something.

Man, the NPC meme is strong. Somehow, idiots grasp the same damn straws across multiple fandoms. "Just some YouTube lawyer that doesn't practice".

Which is why he can afford to raise a plethora of children, buy a new house (with a vault for rants), take multiple across country trips per year, and more. I'd like to shake the hand of some genie who manages to pull that off on a 20k subscriber YouTube channel started a year and a half ago.

Nick is seemingly a quite successful Lawyer. And for those not aware, at least in the areas Nick practices, having a public office is not needed. And actually no longer needing one is more a sign of success. It means they have established a sufficient book of business, and local reputation/word of mouth that they no longer deal with walk in business. They are fine with a virtual office arrangement. Nick currently has two jobs. His Lawyering and his Youtube channel. Each brings in 5x what these twiteratti morons see in a year.

Terez has been one the loudest KickVic-ers in the Dragon Ball Twitter crowd. She randomly tags unrelated tweets from friends as KickVic, says that it's totally not a conspiracy and let's not forget #MonicaForBroly.

Still hasn't gotten the update that Nick isn't Vic's Lawyer.

What is wrong with these people? Love how they act like it's happenstance and totally not planned, like MarzGurl in her Tweet that started it all. Can't stand this Oopsie-Doopsie acting. I'd put them on full blast, if I was the owner of KamehaCon. Leak their messages and everything.

Hilariously, I already mentioned it.
Even archived it. http://archive.li/yv2ZN Somehow there are two separate links now.
My apologies. Searched for DetectiveX to see if it was posted already, didnt find anything. Thought it'd be OK to post. Will be more thorough next time.

Apparently the concept of "innocent until proven guilty" is gross to people like @MarzGurl

They worry so much about safety because they will totes get attacked by the evil Vic supporters and rabid Vic who will just rape literally everyone around him yet they are announcing a get together right next to them with little to no security in comparison
Nope, this totally isn't about smiting KamehaCon! Its about safety, we promise!!

I agree with the people cancelling their appearances.

I don't. Not necessarily, anyways. That's what separates us from them. This is about getting Vic in. Not other people out.

I imagine Nick is of the same opinion.

I mean... Okay... I'll admit... I chuckled a little when Monica canceled. But only because the bitch took a big L. I don't feel too guilty over that. She is just 4th Bulma, afterall.

What folks should be taking note of, especially those REEing about safety is how the fans were absolutely willing to accept and give the benefit of the doubt. They were giving him props for keeping up his end of the deal.

I can't even tell anymore if they're legitimately this stupid or if they actually just don't want to admit it no matter what. I'm seriously leaning towards the latter. It HAS to be willfull ignorance and riding the wave to absolutely refuse to believe the credibility of TWO lawyers, one of which has his own well staffed firm, and an entire fanbase full of adults.

I'm starting to become convinced they're just denying reality on purpose in hopes it just goes away.

Starting to? These are the same people who came up with the accusations in the first place and continued to push them. They're just being consistent at this point.

I probably don't have the right to "go there", but I'm doing it... If KamehaCon doesn't sue and nail them to the wall as deep and hard as they can they deserve to have their Texan cards revoked. Texas ain't got no room for spineless jellyfish. Vic has the excuse of now living in California.

Edit: I think I've watched Fist of the Beard Star at least 20 times now. I am pathetic, but I am happy.

Didn't realize Damian was younger than me. Also he resembles some kind of Slavic twink who was rejected from working for Bel Ami.

He's def a bottom tho. It's easy to tell.

Surprising that Ian James Cortlett is attending. I was under the impression the con was mainly for the Texas VA's.

Sabat will eventually pull out of the con, I think he (if he is Iago) will try to get the original cast to walk out as well before he steps out publicly.

We should always archive the more important tweets individually imo:

Another factual statement from Winn Lee:

So, the REAL voice of Vegeta, Ryo Horikawa, is gonna be there. Chances that he is going to report what he sees to Toei? I may be paranoid, but the REAL voice of Vegeta may not be only there to have fun with the fans, kek.

So Monica, Jason, irrelevant female VA, Damian have all cancelled. Who is next? Where is Jamie lmao

Jamie is barely relevant to Dragonball. She wasn't on the guest list to begin with.

I'm on the fence if Sabat will pull out. He's an idiot if he does, but we've seen our fare share of idiocy.

It's for all DB-related VAs. Japanese Vegeta is going.

There's also the people doing panels apparently, but they're so irrelevant by comparison they aren't even on the guest page.

They've got Ryo Horkawa attending again this year, I wonder if he's going to be confused as fuck about what is going on. Between him and Drummond who needs same voice Sabat when you can have 2 superior Vegetas instead.

Tables are even harder to get refunded. You spend big money but will likely get a solid return on investment. The convention charges so much because space is a premium at conventions. Add to the fact that the convention is three weeks away...who can be available within three weeks to clear their weekend, fly into Dallas, and set up shop?
I've had tables at cons and AX the year they decided to put their artist alley in an unventilated underground parking garage refused to refund anyone, even the people who got sick and/or fainted from the horrific conditions. Cons are notoriously stubborn when it comes to refunds and every vendor and artist knows this. I've vended at a convention the day after a root canal to make my money back (and pay off aforementioned root canal) if you're doing well enough as an artist that you can cancel a vending gig on a whim because you don't like someone being there, you clearly didn't need the space that much and some other bright eyed enterprising artist would be more than happy to take your place.

The whole mess with Kamehacon rubs me the wrong way in the way that Nick emphasized on his first stream about this con; this con isn't about the VAs and their vicious little mean girl clique. Cons are by fans for fans. Not only is Vic paying with his career, but these people also decide that their fans are expendable too, and that's a shitty way to treat people who support you and your work and got you to where you were. Outside of these fans who spent time and money to see you, nobody gives a fuck about your craft in anime.

@Army Burger I'm going to convert the archive from being solely about Lauren to being a repository for all the incoming information, while I parse and transcribe them.

It's becoming cumbersome to not log them down the same way as well.

Can you add them , while I officiate them?

~~
Edit:
I know for a fact on a confirmed authority that the Upset Aggregation is looking at this thread and doc RIGHT NOW.

Sorry, Lauren -- Bigger and fatter fish to fry, you're not as important right now.

Why should anyone care about what a reddit mod who's not going to a convention has to say?
Reddit mods of the big boards are often connected to others in the industry. I wouldn't have them anywhere near the top of my 'fuckers to put into the dirt' list, but it would be very interesting to see if they are having private messages with VAs, ANN, etc and their private mod mail. Do they take those messages and push the narrative on a huge normie news board and disallow any positive Vic news? A lawyer might just be interested in that.
Sabat breaking his contract would cause additional damages, but it wouldn't really "prove" anything that Kameha couldn't already prove just by tweeting out some screenshots of the messages that he's sent them. That's the part that's really puzzling.
Rackets mentioned that it helps prove malice in the TI case. I think he also said if they have done the same 'drop Vic or i walk' messaging to other cons it helps prove malice on those other convention TI as well.
