Would you like to point to where in the recording it's proven that any kind of "rape" happened? Or at what point the sexual predation is admitted to? • Kates emotions are on a knives edge after sexual assault. Bleakley is given the ultimatum to call his father and start telling the truth. Particularly that he's pretending to go to college to live rent free in their holiday home.
• Bleakley texts me from upstairs that after the phonecall, his father does want rent, but from us. Saying he never told his father we were even living there for 2 months.
• I tell Kate we should start looking for properties immediately.
• Kate knows something is up and storms upstairs to have a verbal confrontation with Bleakley, having enough of his lies.

Bleakley admits on recording to -
We bought into the previous recording of his Aunt/Uncle behaving in the exact same fashion we are in this one, thinking "Oh wow they are so angry and he is so passive, he must be the victim." Only to find it's all bullshit having actually lived with him. I was the weak one giving him second chances thinking he had hope left, hence why he would try to talk to me seperately away from Kate to pit us against each other and gaslight. Each of us would get a different story. By the time the sun has risen the next day, we had already booked the Uhaul and had moved out entirely. The cops were involved and he received a report for sexual assault.
