When she knows how this will all play out, so she can be sure to frame it in the right way and highlight the right parts.

Unless that frame includes a lawyer and/or police report, I doubt people will really change their stance on the whole thing. Don't forget, io9 claimed they "interviewed 25 women with horrifying stories about Vic", she could very well be one of the 25

We're probably looking at Martin, Kara Edwards, or Chris Rager to drop next. Maybe Chappin, Dawn Bennett, or Elizabeth Maxwell.
Elizabeth Maxwell was in Vic's Star Trek series, so I don't think she'll drop. We've seen a pattern that the VAs that were close enough to Vic to be in that show seem to at least waffle in their position (with the exception of his bitter ex).
Kara Edwards is very anti-Vic and has said stuff like not being ready to share her story yet...so yeah, you can be sure she will drop it too.
Oh please, PLEASE tell me Kara Edwards is going to try and MeToo him. I've been sitting on this video I found just in case she was stupid enough to make a claim.

Here she is in 2008 at 0:40 asking Vic to dance at a closing ceremony. It's screamingly obvious she was interested in him.

Honestly, I'm starting to think they should just fire the lot of them and start with a new VA stable. That mostly happened before. Most of the old AD Vision people are gone. And very little of value was lost.
Maybe its time for another sonic X type situation

I'm just parroting what Nick's been saying, and I assume he wouldn't fuck up that badly.

Also I specifically said defamation. I think you're right that truth is not a defense in tortoise interference.

Man, the whole Vic thing (by way of Rekieta and Beard) has taught me more about law than all my years of school combined. Who said anime couldn't be valuable :story:

I remember during the Head And Balls tweet people were jumping on Marchi for incitement to violence or something. As crude as the tweet was I laughed at anyone unironically trying to arrest Marchi for it. But you're right, what it does prove is malice. That statement is evidence that Jamie does not like Vic, and thus there's a motive for her to defame him.

He's also a Christian who by all appearances practices what he preaches. Plus he's a former LEO. Plus he has zero run ins with the law; no arrests or even police reports. He looks and acts like a lovable geeky uncle. A Texas jury will love him.

Just had to make this joke when i saw your spelling haha <3

isn't that the thing they always do. I mean lets see today they told me:
Ty Beard has no expertise in entertainment contracts
Even though he has people in his Law firms, he still has no idea what he is talking about. Law firms don't team up and take on cases when they need expertise in a certain field apparently. Also I should stop relying on TV shows on how Law firms work
And Entertainment laws in California are probably the same as in Texas.......
All this from a guy whose family are lawyers in California apparently....

Just basic common sense would say, if Ty doesn't know it he would ask some of his associates to get the answer.

Perhaps I miss heard Ty, but the Amazon's are the lead on the case while he said "I'll be looking over everything." He said something along those lines on his last appearance on Nick's stream.

Because Anime Matsuri's Husband and Wife team told the tiny ass twitter outrage mob to go fuck themselves. As weird as the Con's head is they're smart as business people go. They soon found nothing was going to change from their whining, no dopamine rush of "making a difference" and promptly fucked off.

Look at the hilariously tiny number of retweets and likes every single fucking tweet has got from the "outraged" you're fucking lucky if they break 100. Nobody gives a flying fuck about these VAs and panellists pulling out.

WHAT A FUCKING COINKYDINK. Almost like the Texas clique of VA's are collaborating their efforts against a single specific person not fully inside their clique. Claiming they're "not safe" at a place being selfied, CCTV'd, armed security and about a half dozen lawyers around Vic to ensure no funny shit is pulled off.

Considering how fucked up these mongs definitions of various crimes are, they'd have all been triggered to literal, actual death by even seeing Vic.

Sabat, if he's smart, will leave this lot high and dry and continue everything and be the only one to make any fucking money whatsoever off of Kamehacon.

And Sabat strikes me as a ruthless twat first and foremost.
AnimeMatsuri as a double fuck you even got Reubon Langdon (Dante from DMC's) voice actor.

Notably quiet, rarely tweets & as far as I've seen has not said anything about Vic. Maybe I'm being hopeful that he won't cuck out because I met him at a bar before & was cool.

Well, Sinclair did take Vic’s role as the Executive from The Morose Mononokean, from what I can tell. Maybe that has something to do with him being quiet. He might not want to make it look as though he was happy he got an advantage when Vic was kicked out.

So it’s only the current Super cast that is dropping out so far, huh? What a coincidence.

To be fair, Megan Taylor said she wasn’t going, either.

But, she’s kind of a nobody in the voice over business. She still might be important, nevertheless.

People are also pointing to the post about him seeking a counselor and getting help as solid proof he is guilty also.

They clearly don’t know what a counselor is. Counselors can also be priests and lawyers, which is why I liked the way Vic phrased this.

That is some amazing shade thrown by KamehaCon. Whoever wrote that tweet is a master.

What do you mean?

I will note that is a chasm of difference between "nobody has influenced us" and "nobody has attempted to influence us."

Then what did Ty Beard do to Kameha Con, exactly?

So when would be the correct time to share her story ? when the man doesn't get pulled from kamehacon and they need a new wave of allegations? geez

Yea, Kara can go fuck herself. At this point, it would be prejudicial for her to tell her story.

uh oh is someone a little scared?

Who said it was a Kameha-Con contract, you dumb banshee?

Guess Nick found a way to get under her blubber.

I wanna see the "fabled Stage 6" that our resident Lauren expert was talking about earlier.

Come on Nick, you can do it! Make her melt down.

Then what did Ty Beard do to Kameha Con, exactly?

Influenced them to ADHERE to their contract, and educate them about TI. That's the opposite of TI.

What do you mean?

"These discussions will be handled privately and professionally." ... Unlike Monica et al

"We still have some amazing guests... that are excited to meet you all this year!" ... Unlike Monica et al, who seem to have forgotten that cons are primarily for the fans, not for the egos of VAs.

Edit: Basically, I read it as being subtle about how shitty the people who are backing out are.

and it seems a lot of people want to fil those vacated spots also, in a seperate post from KC

Also, there goes that air tight "for security reasons" excuse for dropping out, can someone please archive this. archive.fo is getting stuck for me and the wayback machine doesn't capture the additional tweet(s).
