It's funny because Nick has said multiple times that he is not Vic's lawyer, and therefore has the same rights as anyone else to comment on the situation in any way he chooses (that isn't illegal). They all act like Nick analyzing the situation means he is representing Vic.

I've been meaning to ask about that. Who else was involved with him on this, Also Chuck Huber. Saw his name being thrown around here too, which side is he on and why? I mean if i heard Vic correctly on his last AnimeUnlocked Stream, when he was showing off his prop collection, that he met Chuck at the gym and didn't seem like they had a bad or awkward interaction.

Nick likely has a copy of their standard contract. They probably gave it to him. There is nothing protected there.

She's reaching. He never said it was a KamehaCon contract.

Why wouldn’t it be? If he asked them for a copy of their standard contract they likely would have provided it. No reason not to. So long as he isn’t broadcasting individual compensation rates it’s a non issue. And why would Kamehacon be particularly charitable towards the extortionist VA’s and their troll army? Nick didn’t start this. Vic didn’t start this. The only people Kamehacon has had actual problems with are Rial, Sabat, etc and fools like Renfamous.

I really wonder what her husband thinks of Ren’s hobby of inserting herself into ongoing nerd related legal matters and insisting on baiting the lawyers? Does he realize how close she dances to getting stomped on? To costing him$100,000 in legal bills for her online assholery? The only thing shielding her is her relative insignificance. But god forbid someone gets fed up with her bullshit. In a matter of days since she got involved she has committed nonstop acts of defamation, business defamation, possibly credit card fraud, and encouraging others to comit the same as an element of the business defamation.
