A meme on the #KickVic side is that Nick's not a real lawyer, or not a good one. This dates back to his coverage of Meyer v Waid. Part of this came about because initially they couldn't find Nick's info on the Minnesota bar's online database (though to be fair, neither could I the first time). Also, he's only been practicing for a few years, only practices in a relatively rural part of Minnesota, is apparently relatively affordable, and so on - basically, he's not a big-city, high-priced attorney. (On the other hand, Beard and friends are big-city, high-priced attorneys, and they discount them too.) They also apparently think the fact that he now has a successful YouTube career somehow invalidates his real-world experience as a lawyer.

Social Justice is a reform religion. It offers a type of absolution for your sins through service to the poor and oppressed, not unlike Franciscan monastic philosophy. The people who follow it most assiduously are usually guilty about something. Unlike Franciscan philosophy though there is no forgiveness for your past Sins. So you gotta hide em deep because if your congregation finds out they will lynch you. Hence "the Virtue Signal". If you are not constantly broadcasting how virtuous you are, your "friends" will try and figure out what you have to hide.

About 110 pages behind while writing this but life imitates art, seems Sabot has an even bigger ego that Vegeta. Just consider what we already know about him, he owns the Anthrax 5000 and is using his power to influence and blackmail others, etc. Motherfucker calls himself Voice of Vegeta but he's also Piccolo, King Vegeta, Zarbon, Shenron and Yamcha, just from Dragonball alone. Oh and he's the voice director. Are you sure you don't want to share some characters to other VAs? I wouldn't be surprised if Vic called him out on that and it's one of their many motives. Sabot seems in love with the sound of his own voice.

What's in that Prince of All Saiyans tour? It's not a museum or a concert so what's there to show? If you can forget the fucking 550$ price tag, I'm sure it sounds really cool for fans to visit the place where their anime is dubbed and Sabot will voice some clips live, but it just feels like "I am me, listen to my wonderful voice everyone, lick my balls now". And "if Vic is there, me and Rial won't show up". Lmao, like Rackets said, there is another Bulma and several other Vegetas already invited, who gives a shit. Really, really big ego.

I grabbed a few screenshots of the Clownfish TV premiere before the chat went down. The video, of course, is still up. Not sure if it's new information but it shows that, given that Kneon has worked in the comics industry, he has (or had) insider info that he wants to keep anonymous.

One thing to note, they said in the video that they did not believe the claim of an impending "anime gate" when it was first presented to them. Not sure if he still has said contact but Rekieta did get a Superchat in his third interview with Ty Beard that he may have insider info. I hope Rekieta follows suit.

I take any anonymous source with a pinch of salt these days; that said, it wouldn't surprise me if there's a coordinated effort from localizers to ruin fun.

Those faggots failed at professional creative writing, have a worthless degree, and want to ruin successful fiction out of frustration.
