Man, ever since I started watching Nick's channel, which I found because I was interested in the Vic stuff, I've learned so much. I've learned how defamation plays out (at least in texas). I learned what tortoise interference is. Now I'm learning how contract language works.

It would show that their are similar clauses between anime con contracts. That's the "boilerplate" I was talking about.

To be fair, if they cited a more relevant/unredacted contract, Ren would screech about disclosing contracts to the public.

If Nick made the bold claim that the sky is blue she'd still wail away.

It's supposed to be an educational tool. If shes too dumb to understand that she should be reeeing at herself.

It's mind games. Nick's also suggesting that, since discovery would find all kinds of interesting information, it would be in their best interest to flip first since the flipper gets the best deal, and for all they know, the others might also be considering turning.
