That still doesn't make you immune from the non-compete. You are still running a VA-focused signing event that charges people for the autograph, it doesn't matter if you're not making a profit due to venue-fees you're still technically running a competing event, regardless of how big it is. On top of that, you have no valid issue that would allow you to utilize KC's exit clause, so all of this is still in full force. You're still under contract Rial.

Edit: Kinda off-topic, but if anyone is up for a jim stream post stream.me's implosion, he's live on YT in about 20min.

She literally cannot do that if the ANN contract is hers. Kamehacon will HAVE to sue her if she does, or else every single contract they have signed is only good for toilet paper. Non-compete and exclusivity deals in entertainment are a big fucking deal. You cannot contract with Disney to make 3 X-men movies and then after the second X-men fuck off and do a Z-men movie with Warner Bros to be released during the same period as X-men 3. To add insult to injury also promote the Z-Men during the period you were contractually obligated to promote the X-men. Disney would sue your ass into oblivion, and then sue your first born after you are a corpse.

With the amount of mocking Sarah's receiving, there's no turning back on her position now. She's just gonna continue to be on the opposing side of people she thinks that will be in #standwithvic. She'll correlate ideologies to it and will be against it. Most likely she'll identify them as alt-right or something. She will do it out of spite. It may be illogical but goddamn ain't it human nature.

It's too juicy. The risks in her head from passing on the chance to virtue signal for more brownie points and boost her self-importance will drive her insane.

If she sits on it and says nothing, it can be used against her for not signaling when a #KickVic'er betrayed the trust, safety, and security of women by not spotlighting a sister enabler.

So let's delve down this rabbit hole: lets say, hypothetically, that her brother's story is true. The police would be beating down the door of the guy who sold the hard drive. It would totally exonerate her brother, and the investigation would wrap up right about now. He wouldn't have the need to lawyer up, and yet here we are.

So, by my count, we've seen 5 VAs drop, along with a few woke panelists nobody gives a shit about. Countering that, they've gained 3 VAs (including Vic, who is the biggest of them all).

That doesn't sound like the trash fire KickVic was hoping for.
