(This edit didn't take long. Editors, Photoshop is nice, but alot of industry trained people use GIMP2 -- It's free open source and works 10000% better for pro-consumers, once you know how to use it.

From what I recall, in that contract (which appeared to be very similar to the KC contract according to ANN, but we have no proof Nick's was a KC contract exactly), they get to keep 100% of signature and merch sales. There were special details for fan photos where the photographer would get a cut.
The con did want to collect totals on how much money the guests earned each day, but that was actually to assure the guest got a guaranteed minimum. For example, the con would guarantee the guest would make at least $X each day in sales, and if they failed to make that much, the con would make up the shortfall.
To be fair, we don't know for sure that these guests are replacing the ones that left. It's possible and even quite likely negotiations to get them to the con started well before last weekend.

Does it? Would Sabat pull out but still allow tours of his recording shack without him? I bet it's more likely someone got bothered they were using Dragon Ball IP to pitch the tour and asked the con to rename it.

Horton is a dumbass. This Vic stuff didn't start happening six months ago.
Indefensible is thinking you know how the law works despite not being a lawyer.
Indefensible is believing baseless accusations blindly, like in the Jim Crow era.
And, you said yourself you've done stuff that probably isn't acceptable today. Is that indefensible?
