Perhaps this cookbook would provide Jack with some new inspiration for his channel (we all know how much he loves his cookbooks). Now, he may poo-poo this book as he is not a Mom, and it is probably too healthy for him. However I'm sure he could find a way to modify the recipes to fit his stroked-out, unhealthy standards.

As to be expected, Ice is loaded up on junk ingredients.

He probably thinks it's healthy because it's got some tiny amounts of vitamins. Never mind the potassium benzoate (degrades to benzene), sucralose (literally sucrose with some chlorine atoms substituted in to fool your digestive system into not metabolizing it) and EDTA (industrial chemical that is probably in your shampoo). So of course Jack doesn't like Bubly, it's just carbonated water with essential oils. His taste buds are so wrecked that he detects the lack of sweetness as the water being "dirty".

Also, Jack is so lazy he doesn't even line up the beverages before he starts recording so he can read the labels.

170/80??? For fucks sake Jack you were nearly in constant hypertensive crisis. I'd say he has lost about 5ish pounds of arm muscle from pure atrophy but outside of that he is still looking nice and round.
