People trolling Ron on his timeline are just being idiots, though. The legal objective is to get these people to settle rather than go to trial in the distant future. These aren't people who can easily separate social media trolls from the plaintiff and his legal team so they're going to see everyone who isn't pro-Monica as "Vic's supporters" and react accordingly. Inflaming them for shit and giggles is counterproductive.

He is in protected mode though so unless you follow him its pretty much blocked for everyone else.

Earlier today she was bragging about getting someone else booted. Maybe something she did in that was verboten. Or perhaps Twitter received a strongly worded letter from a small law firm in Texas and the account is suspended while they investigate/get evidence. It'd be nice if it was the second one.

Yea you know for someone who brags about follow the T&C of twitter, you'd figure they would be following those also.

As much as I love Nick and appreciate what he does, I don't like how he acts on impulse sometimes. If his source is incorrect, they're gonna get him burnt and give these KickVic-ers an actual reason to cause people to doubt him.

Not to turn this into a hugbox but, I've got a friend who worked emergency services and as a support group member for children who have been victimized and that nightmare fuel got to him pretty severely over the years. He FINALLY went and talked to a shrink like many of us had been telling him to do ad infinitum and sure enough, he's legit PTSD.

So yeah, don't try and be too stoic about those sorts of things. They get to the strongest mind given time.

Anyways, back to the autism: I'm wondering if Widehefty could be convinced to spill any dirt to BHBH. Looks like she's had an "unexpected" financial emergency come up, which might put some strain on her original plans. I guess it would depend on whether she's in the crosshairs for TI or not.

I won't pretend to know the mind of Ty, but I doubt she's even on the radar. If anything, Kamehacon could go after her for breaching, but it seems they won't go that route. Besides, I don't think she's even said anything directly about Vic, other than maybe likes and retweets, and ditching the con.

The closest she'll probably get to the case is being deposed and asked if Sabat or Iago or whoever coerced her to drop Kamehacon on pain of unemployment.

I won't pretend to know the mind of Ty, but I doubt she's even on the radar. If anything, Kamehacon could go after her for breaching, but it seems they won't go that route. Besides, I don't think she's even said anything directly about Vic, other than maybe likes and retweets, and ditching the con.

Yea that was why I was asking earlier if all the dropouts go to this alternate con, could KC get them all with one court action. May be cheaper/viable if possible but if they have to go after each person separately it may not be financially viable to go after all of them maybe just Rial the organizer

Yeah, but she did say that unlike vic, her brother never touched or harmed anyone, which implies that vic did those things.

Usually when someone boasts about their sex life, their sex life is legit nothing to boast about. They're assuming the StandwithVic side is still all teenagers, and not adults who're sick of this bullshit. Boasting about a sex life when you're in your 40s is childish beyond belief.

Most people I know in their 30s and 40s usually boast about getting a full 8 hours of sleep.

I think Nick was hurt people didn't trust him when he dropped the Kamehacon stuff. He's a fucking professional lawyer, he's going to ask for verifiable proof when someone brings something to them. He's not Vic's lawyer, so he can add an extra layer of caution on top that he might not always have as an option when he's working for a client.
