I also think that he is legitimately working to fix things and get his show back on track. He he manages that, then great, and if he can't, he said himself that the show is not guaranteed forever. Ralph payed dearly for this anyway so karma has done it's job, but everyone knew what was going to happen. The discord dms as proof are pretty irrelevant, just seeing how Zoom was acting everyone who was watching knew how this shit was gonna go. I kinda feel bad for Flameco though, I don't think the kid realized the stuff about Soph.
