I really don't understand why Destiny would do this? Wtf does he gain? Either he can brag that as a like 30 year old man he beat a literal child in a debate which is absolutely pathetic OR he gets beaten in a debate by that child which is just as pathetic. I think there's a high probability of that happening. Last time Destiny was on Ralph's show he brought up that article he wrote on TRR where he said Steven was under FBI investigation for CP, and he doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who lets things like that go.

Destiny has a good track record against IBS types, it seems once he gets near the orbit of one of their shows the show beings to implode. You can argue the beginning of Donga's downfall was his spat with Destiny which was the first part of Donga's dox that got leaked of his wrestler name. He appeared on Baked Alaska's show for a gun debate and I believe his channel got a strike shortly afterwards which if I recall correctly was the catalyst for Baked to start IRL streaming more. And now we're at the Ralph portion of Destiny's record, while so far he hasn't had a significantly large impact on his downfall there's still plenty of time for him to do something... he doesn't directly take people out, he leads people on paths that eventually lead to their downfall he's like a "Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique" punch from Kill Bill, the person walks away only to fall later on.

I'm not really sure why e-comedians always want to debate Destiny. I guess he is a willing participant, but he pretty much just always cherry-picks social "science" studies on things (which are almost always garbage to begin with) and tiny pieces from them even if the study itself is trying to say something else. People could just as easily quote other studies back at him, which they sometimes do, but that's not exactly an internet comedian's forte. The whole thing always just ends up looking like some high-school history class debate between two unpopular kids.

Is Ralph thinking he would host this? Why? Why would either of the participants want to give Ralph the money from superchats?

Oh no, Destiny is totally full of shit. Last time he was on Ralph's show he cited a Q&A of a scientist that partook in a study once. He's totally full of shit on everything he says. He's really good at debating people who aren't experts on anything. He commits all sorts of logical phalluses but he pounces on you as soon as you make one yourself. What is even the point of having a "debate" on Ralph's show? Seriously? It isn't even going to be on the channel.

Edit : @Squire of Gothos except he's also "debated" Jim and Carl and both of them are still around even though the latter made, unsurprisingly, a fool of himself.
