The one with brown on the top is specifically the Person of Color or 'new' pride flag. Its meant to be inclusive of non-white LGBT community members.

Results are rather mixed for the flag itself, as some think its excluding white gays / is racist, etc etc.. Doesn't change the fact that they're fags though.

In all honesty, the first time I saw it, I thought it was an attempt to merge the Bear Pride flag with the mainstream gay one. The actual reason was far more exceptional.

I'm more fascinated by this recent trend of "take ""back"" minecraft," personally. It's a facet of the "anti-cringe culture" phenomenon I find particularly interesting, mainly because I think it reveals something very interesting about the people who are most vocally insistent on it. They're very out and loud about not being ashamed of liking minecraft because they're reclaiming it from the dudebros that bullied them for liking it and not CoD or whatever the fuck, and championing the message that "we don't have to justify why we enjoy something." But what's all of this pomp and show, if not a justification? Like, play minecraft fam. Punch trees, spend 3 hours on a block fort, fuckin have at it, go hog wild. But the more you insist that you're not embarrassed, that "cringe culture" doesn't bother you anymore, that you're "reclaiming" your hobby, you look more ashamed of playing it than any detractor.

This is exactly why I hate this "counter-cringe" stuff. Perfectly described. I'm not going to lie that kids get shit for being...kids. But that's only because normal people can look back at the past and realize, "Damn, this was pretty weird" People have goth phases, emo phases, SJW phases even, but what's important is that when you become an adult, you learn to say "fuck it, I like it" and do it anyways. Because as long as you're not hurting anyone and making yourself happy, who the fuck cares? Kids will always be given shit for being kids because we were kids and we can understand points in which we were not proud of ourselves.

However, when you mature you realize that it's okay to have hobbies and that it's okay to still be 90 and play videos games or be 60 and play a ukelele. It's a part of growing up. Now, am I saying that kids should be bullied for their interests? Absolutely not. But welcome to the internet, a place in which literally anyone can say stupid shit. Keep kids off the internet if you don't want them to see people being vulgar to them with little or no consequences.

So really, these people should just go do what they like. Because the more they have to say it's not cringey, the more it looks like they are ashamed of themselves and what they say. I have infinitely more respect for a 90 year-old who likes to play video games than a 20-something complaining about how they "TOTALLY AREN'T ASHAMED" about liking Minecraft.

Doesn’t help that the people who decry “cringe culture” the loudest on the grounds of “B-ut the CHILDREN” are never actually kids or teens themselves, but 20-something year old NEETs using children as meat shields against internet roasting.

Usually because the people complaining couldn’t care less about actual children, but because they’re personally so thin-skinned that anyone making fun of a cringey habit or trend that they’re guilty of is a personal attack in their eyes, and “think of the kids” just so happen to be the perfect defense when you yourself are being petty and childish.

This is already bullshit on its own, but what makes it even more infuriating is that his reason for believing so is, and I quote (paraphrase, I can provide the screenshot if needed) "I like to reflect my identity and sexuality onto my faves". I guess I should have seen the warning signs, but I think this may be a textbook special snowflake. Unconvincing claims of being trans, shoehorning social justice issues into anything and everything, and whatnot. It's fucking absurd and infuriating.
