To expand it a little:
His fans thought it was a bad idea to be on it because of the trolls and then he got worried about that the chat was going to get full of trolls saying nasty things about Kats past that he has nothing to do with and it is exactly what they would have done!

So simply speaking he is using his fans and his girlfriend, again, as a excuse as to why he wont go on a podcast where he can control both the chat and questions asked.

And to top that off, he said he wouldn't do a charity stream because of the dang dirty trolls.

Mundane Matt did a charity stream and his internet career came crashing down harder than the Hindenburg. If anything, doing a charity stream would only help Phil.

What better way to prove that detractors are evil assholes then to host a charity stream and they fuck it up in some way? It would be a huge power move and because it's for charity he loses nothing if they screw it up and he gains sympathy and possible viewers.

For anyone that's curious, I can pretty much confirm that Phil is right around 5'11" / 6'. I actually saw him in person years ago at an event (I think it was NYCC), and I could tell this in relation to my height.
Before then I always thought he was slightly below average height (maybe around 5'8") for some reason. I guess something about his weight/build/body shape. But he's definitely a tad above average height.
I guess now that I think about it, he's taller than most of the people we've seen him standing next to at some point (John, Howard, PandaLee, etc.).

A near 40 year old man who gets ass mad when he doesn't get even money for winning at a video game. He can't be happy about the success he has, he's not grateful for the contributions he gets. yeah, that's clearly soundproofing. I've seen it around my house a couple of times in rooms meant to be used as offices

It's soundproofing foam but it doesn't do shit for him because the way his "office" is set up, it just barely filters out noise but you can still hear echos and background noise in his videos.
