According to aierirnlord when he visited the ct condo it was really tight quarters. Also phil has an attic to store shit but i doubt he's gone up there. His shit is going to be in storage nook forever. The storage nook is the open area in his bedroom. The closet in his office is also full of statues and gaymer shit.

I wonder if he at least uses a credit card with points so he gets something back for all his spending.

Wow looking back at this now to jog the memory, it is fucking huge. I guess I only thought it was a tiny narrow area because it was already lined up with almost empty storage containers,boxes and dressers at the time. He's so fucking lazy that it's all most likely sitting there with maybe even more to the pile.

I was paying minimum payments on it, but with my tax return and saving money, I was able to pay off everything. Is it hard for you to make more than the minimum payment? The Bottom Line Is, a few things, Number One -
I don't know why I said 'The Bottom Line Is.' There's no bottom line.
Number One: I'm in a situation where, I-I-I-uh, basically, I can pay everything! But, uh, uh, it's at the point where I can barely do that!
I can pay. What I need to pay. To keep afloat. Every month.
But I can barely do that.
Some months I can't!
And, as you guys know, my bank accounts been overdrawn! A few times!
The reason being, is because, there were months that were really slow. That, typically, would be the good months for me. That weren't!
Like.
The months of November and December, were terrible! Compared to months, where normally, November and December, I would have, like, really good months for Christmas and everything!
And it ended up being bad!
Which makes no sense!
November and December are usually the months with the most games, were some of the worst months of last year for me! When it came to Streaming and YouTube.
Uhm.

So, that sucks!
I rely on that increase of income at the end of every year! To kind of, juggle things for the early months.
That didn't happen!
So, right now, like, normally, I'd be like, 'Oh, yeah! I can pay ahead on credit cards!'
I can't do anything!
I'm barely making any payments on anything! I'm barely staying afloat!
To the point, where like, it sucks!
I have no, NO freedom financially, to really do anything!
I would never, never have the ability to visit my parents, if they weren't paying for the trip.
Uhm.
My hope!
Is a few things, Number One: in two years, I have two loans that will be paid off!
And, that's like, almost a thousand dollars a month! No lie! That will be freed up, if I don't have those loans anymore!
So, that's Number One. If I can make it, like two more years, those are gone completely!
Number Two: if I can keep paying down, what I have on this house, okay? And the equity on this house keeps increasing.
Which, by the way, it is! It's funny, because, somehow homes slowed down. The equity on this house has kept going up!
So, as long as the equity keeps going up, what I'm hoping is, within a couple of years, hopefully it's this year. Maybe it's next year.
I can refinance this house!
And put all my credit card debt into the mortgage!
If that's the case? I'm good!
'Cuz, then my credit score will go up! Those minimal payments are gonna- be gone!
Because when you put them in a mortgage, instead of a credit card, those minimum payments go WAY DOWN!
But, the problem is, I just have too much debt in my name!
I need, I need debt to go down, somehow!
And, right now, considering, I can only make, like, like minimum payments on shit! That's not going down!

It's just staying stagnant where it is!
So.

In essence, I need to find a way to hold out a couple of years!
And natuarlly, for example, naturally, I'm going to pay down.

It could be five or ten more years! It could be less than that!

It could be one or two years. It could be longer!

Because, that was when I was very unhealthy! I was eating incredibly unhealthy!
I was super overweight!

And, I was DRINKING PROFUSELY. Like, every night, I was drinking a ton of liquor, too!
So, I was, like, so fucking unhealthy and fucked up!
My blood pressure was out of whack and everything!
But now I'm feeling a hell of a lot better!
Like, NO LIE! This is, this is the truth, guys! I didn't reveal this to you guys, when it was happening!
But, in late 2017, remember?
I had become a Full Time Streamer, but then all the fucked up stuff happened, where I broke up with my ex, and all of that.
And then, the Back State Taxes hit me!
And I was like, ' What the fuck?! My life, is like, falling apart!'
When that happened, for about three months, I was having CHEST PAINS.
I was actually- I had high blood pressure. I was having chest pains.
And I was having insane amounts of, like, stress problems!
And I tried my best, to not let that relay on stream, because I was very nervous that I was going to, like, have a heart attack or something.
But, basically, I toughed through it and changed my life a lot!
You know?
Eating better! Have a much better sleep schedule now!
And my life, just in general, since Kat moved in with me, has become so much better!

So, even though he sees that housing values around his area are starting to going down, he's in complete denial that the value of his McMansion is going to down eventually, and is STILL hoping to sink himself further into debt by ramming his credit card debts into his mortgage?

I was actually- I had high blood pressure. I was having chest pains.

And I tried my best, to not let that relay on stream, because I was very nervous that I was going to, like, have a heart attack or something.

I'm convinced nearly everything he does is done with the purpose of making his viewers annoyed/grossed out. The snorting, belching, long whiles of dead air. I mean, I've seen him purposely lean in and belch and snort into the mic before. IDK why he does it, I just chalk it up to being a tramp.
