I'm sure in his head he reached that top of the mountain and planted his flag there to declare himself king back then. He seems to forgot he has been dethroned for quite sometime so he's now maybe halfway up at best. So now he just tears down anyone that reached the top and said they don't deserved it because he feels entitled that spot for eternity.
He thinks he's the ultimate standard that everyone should strive for and not that awful muppet with dyed hair or the many other entertainers deserving of it because he claims he's the first.

During D$P's last, less than 'chill' Minecraft stream, he let slip that he and Khet had "done a lot of nice things (to the WahKhando) to make it THEIR OWN". This implies to me at least, Khet having replaced items purchased while Panda was there with things that suit her tastes in home decor and I suspect the sale of a large number of D$P's DvDs being done more to open floor/wall space for a table/bookcase to place said home decor than to generate funds.
On a side note: I find it increasingly curious that a streamer, who is in desperate need of $5k in Tips to #SaveThaHouse, is taking a trip to visit his parents the week BEFORE his taxes are due...and oddly enough the same week that WrestleMania is being held nearby. Would not that week be better spent streaming and the trip taken AFTER the April 15th deadline? Seven whole days, fourteen possible streams during which more money for his taxes could be raised BEFORE the due date. Nope! D$P is taking that week off because for some unknown reason this trip absolutely must take place in the month of April not in May nor June nor July. If, D$P does not manage to raise the aforementioned $5k before leaving HOW will it be possible to 'chill and not be stressed out' with the Sword of Damocles poised over their heads the entire time? Now I'm not saying that D$P is lying cough HE'S LYING cough. I merely find his timing of this trip to be extremely puzzling.

I’m just wondering if there is any way to confirm that Phillip’s condo is indeed sitting there completely vacant. I can’t see him paying a precious shekel for a property he isn’t utilizing.
I got a sinking feeling that he is renting it out and all his tales of “bad neighborhoods” and “unreliable leasing companies” is just another excuse to hide a secret income stream.
I’d go as far as to say this Connecticut trip is Phillip supervising his dad as he gives it new paint or fixes the toilet, etc.
IF it is unoccupied, it would be a shame is squatters moved in, changed the locks, wrote a fake lease agreement and called it home, rent free. Is it possible that Phil's parents aren't the ones who are dying?
A lot of people say Phil is fat, but I kind of think he looks sickly like something is eating him from the inside.
Phil's lifestyle and financial decisions would make a lot more sense if he knew he had less than a year to live. On the other hand, if i had less than a year to live I wouldn't spend it playing Mario RPG and Minecraft.
I try to find other possible explanations but one always bubbles up to the surface. Phil is just really really stupid.

Dave finally appeared on recommended channels today, only took about 100 visits to his channel but it's something.
OT but does anyone know how Twitch handles the recommended channels? Dave took a lot longer than he should have to show up considering how many times I've visited his stream and people I've never watched show up in recommended every day, Amouranth being the biggest pushed channel. Is it just channel tags or something? Because I watch a fair few fem-streamers and a few do ASMR so maybe that's it?

I'd say you are onto something there, if we wouldn't have to take into account that Dave would be very, VERY afraid of "fans" spotting him at the event (remember the "DSP, get a job" sign at some wrestling event a few years ago?) or the camera showing his ugly mug accidently live on TV. Then again, he could always tell his paypigs that the event was a birthday present from his parents. Which also would give him the opportunity to rant about the stupid old fucks buying him tickets for a stupid wrestling event instead of contributing the money to "muh takses to #savethehowses!".

You know what's surprising about Dave? You are overestimating the amount of effort Phil would endure. This is a guy that can't even hang up blinds for his windows.
If there were squatters, Phil would be on stream bitching about it.
I'd love to see an update on the status of that condo as well, no doubt it's empty as Phil would be too lazy to hire someone to manage the property. Having his dad manage it would be contradictory to his "old and sick" narrative.

I saw I had the chat still open and brought up the window to close it, but then I saw KingKozatof, Lord-Lamb and some other dood talking.
According to Lord-Lamb/Lambdingo/whatever the fuck his name is, Swagginz is gone and Lamb himself will leave soon too (because of joining the army).
