So either Toye was dumb enough to specifically name a lawyer that Beard could easily verify or he's dumb enough to ignore his lawyer who has to be telling him to shut up. ?

I'm gonna give him a small amount of credit and bet on him actually getting a lawyer at this point

Yea, seems like La Choy is being represented by this guy. Don't know what his attorney can do, though, since his client is mentally handicapped. And this is before the lawsuits have been released. He might be just representing him for the shekels because he knows La Choy is stupid.

But he might be ignoring his lawyer's advice considering that he's still talking shit and we can see it still, despite being protected.

The idea that he was probably asked by his lawyer to protect his tweets should be a warning sign to him.

I'm in the 'he's ignoring his lawyer's advice' camp, iirc Ty said he introduced himself to Soye's lawyer.

Yea, seems like Ron is being represented by this guy. Don't know what his attorney can do, though, since his client is mentally handicapped.

There's also not much for his lawyer to do at this stage other than tell Ron to avoid making things worse. It's pointless to spend money on putting together a defence for a lawsuit which may never happen, so Ron's lawyer is most likely treading water at the moment until Ron gets served.

I find it very amusing how every time someone tries to argue the facts with Shane, he seems to always have a copy of the relevant document in his hands right then, he talked to what people claim is the source of something and got the real info and it's the true and correct info, not like you filthy armchair lawyers and so called REAL lawyers who always have the wrong picture of everything every time.
