Yeah, a cursory scroll through reveals an overabundance of bi women (debatable that they should leave, but making a subreddit is really fucking easy so there's no reason to stay either), "nb women", and a couple ftms. It was inevitable.

Jesus fuck that is... yeah. And still the primary concern is "gaining more depth" ... fucking seriously? What did he honestly expect the ER doctor to do anyway? A vaginal fistula is certainly gross and distressing but it's not an emergency, though it's pretty telling if the area looked so bad they were concerned enough to keep them overnight and consult the fuckin' trauma surgeon. They can't even help refer you to a colorectal surgeon/gynecologist (not actually sure who handles that) because they don't have the foggiest idea how to properly deal with a neovagina either. It's the same deal a lot of times with botched plastic surgery: Go back to the surgeon you paid to make that mess, beyond making sure you don't die we're sure as shit not gonna fuck about with it.

I would like nothing more than for my gender dysphoria to be some phase that I'll get over tomorrow morning. I'd go find a bra in the bottom of my wardrobe and be completely fine regarding my own body, and I'd be happy again. But, everything I've experienced so far in this life says that that will not happen, despite my own wishes.
What you are referring to with being a masculine girl is entirely social. My gender is what label is put on me and how people treat me, and it just so happens that I prefer one label to another. But the kicker is not all of the shit feelings are social, and you speak as if suddenly realising I can be a masculine girl will eliminate all the non-social dysphoria.

Maybe, but not trans surgeons, especially for overseas clients as is the case for the Thai doctors. Why would they even open that scam avenue up?

For US/Canadian surgeons, I believe it's common to have a certain percentage guaranteed at time of booking with the rest to be paid upfront before the actual surgery date

Social Services, the UK equivalent of CPS can and will take children away from their families if they feel the parents are not "supportive" of their kid trooning out.

What worries me about the aforementioned girl is that she's autistic so probably not compos mentis enough to make a sound decisions. Too many troons are spergs because they have a blinkered, absolutist, black and white world view which the troon movement preys upon. Not a perfect, uber girly girl? You must be a boy then!

Also, feeling like things don't fit if you're an awkward, gawky teen girl is normal. I hated going through puberty, felt awkward and gross a whole load of the time. It happens and it is normal. I am so glad my family and social circle hadn't drunk the troon kool aid and weren't poking me in that direction.
