Honestly surprised he hasn't unintentionally done that already since everything in the comics is just a reference to Family Guy referencing something.

I'd say he's improved his art, however marginally. If you look at Sonichu 0 and then look at Sonichu 10, it's clear he's made a few improvements. Of course, this means his art has evolved from horrendous to disgusting.

He's gotten better at proportions and consistency. His art is still shit and looks exactly like what it is (knockoff weabshit drawn by a manchild). But we're not seeing Sonichu suddenly grow three times larger than Rosechu or Comic Chris felating a straw as wide as your fist.

Chris seems to have pretty mainsteam opinions when it comes to current events (Like Trump or Brexit) so I'm assuming he watches and is influenced by a news channel like CNN or something like that, or maybe just Barb's opinions.
As for vaccinations in general he's been over the place in the past, he had that story arc about a vaccination for stopping the gay so he can't be against them in general but:
