Yeah, as I said. YouTube can just deny the appeal. I can't necessarily say that they will, but they can. It's totally up to the whim of the YouTube employee who reads Nick's counter-notice.

While the Vic streams seem to get the most views(I think his first stream with Ty got almost 10k views) he still gets several thousands of live viewers on non Vic/weebwars shit, he's going to be fine. Unlike other drama channels/streamers Nick has a strong character, I highly doubt he's gonna turn into a lolcow.
