fred, unlike bryan, actually disappeared after he was exposed, embarassed, and his reputation was destroyed beyond repair, and this is what we might call the right course of action. furthermore, even if he didnt actually disappear and lurks or posts, then he's damn good at covering his tracks because nobody, aside from king of poz, suspects anything about any user that might be him.
