Willing to bet, since YouTube Gaming is his "job." He went to his local GameStop, and whether it was someone behind the counter or another customer; he got a "Oh shit, it's DSP!" Could've gone negative, could've gone positive, but he realized people knew who he was. It had to be something, because he used to have no problem running to GameStop and doing trade-ins, even when he was making that big YouTube money. That's also why he rarely goes out with Khet, only once a week (if that). And seeing what a shut-in he is, it wouldn't take a negative experience to spook him into living his current hermit lifestyle.

True, he mentions this a few times on his older lets plays, but that was actually before he became the hated bitter prick he is today and way before him masturbating live on stream. In his gulag, he has a big mouth and inflates himselve like a bullfrog as he wouldn't have to take no shit from noone because he is the mighty Dave with a ten year legacy. But beyond that, beyond the daily Gin infusions, he knows very well that there are people out there who hate him so much, they wouldn't hesitate a minute giving him a fat lip without first warning or trying to provoke and lure him into a situation where they can give him a good ole thrashing. He may be the big fish in his DSPhere (and even that may be debatable), but outside of that lala-land, he's an anxious scaredy cat, a driven cowardly goutboy, living in fear constantly, day-in day-out.

And I like that.

OK, to clear all this nonsense up about a payment plan, the IRS will allow you to go into a payment plan no questions asked if you owe less than 25K. More than that they start to ask for bank statements and personal financial statements. If we are to take his word that he only owes about 17K this year, and assuming he doesn't owe for any other years, he will have no problem getting into a payment plan. I think what is happening is that his "tax guy" is making it sound like getting into a payment plan is some big struggle so that he looks better when he gets Phil into one. Sound to me like Phil is getting grifted again. I wouldn't be surprised if his "tax guy" charges him extra for the work he had to do to get him into a payment plan, which at less than 25K owed, is nothing. What an idiot

"I can't afford it" when referring to anything about his off hours means "I buy it often but it breaks the narrative."

Looking at the date of the video I have no fucking idea, during DSP's Angry and Bitter Christmas Extravaganza this year I'm pretty sure Santa didn't donate much, I think like $100. DSP was visibly pissed off that Santa was stingy last year. The year before Santa gave him a $1000.

This is partially supported when last marathon he said he couldn’t chug what seemed to be 4ozs or so of “water” left in his bottle to give a bottle crunch because he’d vomit, seems pretty suspect imo.

As far as the cheap liquor question does Heaven Hill make gin? (I have PTSD just thinking about Heaven Hell tequila).

Edit2 listening to his videos they all seem to have radio chatter in the background, very odd tripped my autism the guy dispatch for an exceptional trucking company or something?

For the newfriends, that guy is beebee890 and simply makes videos at the behest of user requests. He is mentally disabled in some manner, so he definitely doesn't have a job. Some may remember him from the "can crush for jay owen" saga involving youtube stgggs.
