At any rate, we've seen Boy Toye actually lie in a complaint about multiple parties while complaining to said bar association that he got called a beta male, all the while not even producing the death threats that he's fond of talking about having received. He's becoming unhinged in real time, as if he's frantically trying to take back the narrative.

This combined with Ron not sharing the receipts he allegedly has about Vic's misconduct/sharing things that he can only term "awkward", Marchi hoping that someone got assaulted by Vic so that they could nail him on that, and Monica all but admitting that she got Todd wrongfully kicked from a panel (does she not think that someone wouldn't pick up on the fact that it's KNOWN that Todd was already scheduled for two panels, the unlikelihood of them having different contracts, the mystery of how she knows what's in his contract, or the fact that she didn't answer to why she allegedly wanted to have herself removed, meaning that it's confirmed that she went with the "safety" plea like a crybully?), #kickvic is not looking good right now-- but have they ever?

Ron's going to post new stuff no matter when they file. There's no point in holding off if they've already got plenty to file on. The 15th is a logical date to file because the end of Kamehacon is a natural demarcation point. It doesn't mean it will be that date exactly, though. Or that they'll get served the day it's filed.

It would probably take something huge for them to substantially delay filing at this point, though - not just more of the same.

I thought Maddox was the biggest cuck alive, but when I was watching Nick's stream and Ron's whiny complaint I started thinking that Ron might actually be able to cuck Maddox out of that title. Not even sworn statements. They must be prepared to testify. That’s going to be Funimation big problem as well when they come out with “we had reports of dozens of women complaining” that all came to them through the rumor mill. If they can’t “lay hands” on the victims to get testimony from them, they are fucked. And Soy Boy is too stupid to realize it.

I also have to wonder what back channel communications are buzzing so loudly that it has both Toye and Shane doing this spate of Twitter diarrhea both using the same talking points? I have it on good authority Ty has imposed a sort of a cutoff for at least the initial filing(s) in round 1. Unless it's something minor enough where it can be cut and pasted in before giving it to the clerks at the courthouse. Said clerks stamp documents with the date they receive it, so it's gonna be hard for KickVic to call anyone a liar.

I'm almost positive April 15th is happening. Barring an act of God.

Now, none of them will probably get served until later in the week (process servers are fast, but not that fast), but you can theoretically be reading the lawsuit as soon as the clerk has a copy of it. My HOPE is that Ty gives Nick a copy. It's a public document afterall.

Not likely. As was said the filings were likely slightly delayed to wait out Kamehacon. They are waiting to see what happens at Kamehacon, as KC is a principle element of their TI w contract case. So they need to wait to see which contracts get honored, which get breached, are threats followed through on? Etc. They are likely fairly certain of how it will go, and likely have prepped filings for that. But anything unexpected may delay things for a few more days.

Ron’s rantings are just more of same. He is an ongoing font of nonstop defamation. BHBH will note that in their filings. And probably ask for an immediate injunction on his continued defamation. Ron will be confronted with all of this at discovery. The more he tweets now, the more that comes back at him under oath. And he is so fucking wrong. They're usually started by members of the con staff and con friends with spoofed footage of situations in panels, signings, and events.
