Right now he's begging for people to send him the episodes for MLP season 9 because it's not airing in Ireland, which isn't funny on it's own, but the fact that he's on the verge of crying over MLP is what makes it funny. You can hear that he's about to break down into tears in this video. At the beginning of the video he sounds fine, but then his breath becomes heavier, and he starts pausing mid-sentence like he has to recollect himself over this horrible tragedy.

Any sort of bleeding is a medical emergency if you're a hemophiliac. I've seen people sent to the ER by an actual doctor for nosebleeds that lasted 45+ minutes without stopping, too. Bleeding that just won't stop, even if the wound is small and/or in the nose, is always a cause for concern.
