There are so many things wrong with this:

1. How can you have a witness if you don't even have a case yet nor a lawsuit? Nothing's been filed.

2. This "proof" has to be shown at discovery, anyways. What a nice fucking plan.

3. If it's hearsay or testimony from another person, then it's pointless if they're not the ones being sued nor are they the ones that are directly wrong with those being sued.

4. What "appropriate legal team"? La Choy is spoiling himself by giving the most pathetic ethics complaints to Nick and Ty that essentially destroyed his credibility. And he's still talking on the internet after he unprotected his account. I don't even know if his lawyer even cares about this guy anymore. Nevermind the face that she didn't mention the lawyers specifically when she could. La Choy mentioned them.

Honestly I think Marchi and Rial’s default public state around “fans” is nasty and radiating and obvious desire to not be there. It’s interesting that the only videos of them seemingly showing some life and having a bit of fun with fans, are the ones where they are interacting with Vic.

So, for the neutral peeps reading this thread,I have to ask this. Even in a massive plot twist on the level of Tobi not being Madara (lol) that Vic is guilty, does that make what the kickvic side has done any less reprehensible? Seriously, the way that this has been going, Vic is literally the only person who wins. There is no scenario where kickvic wins, because what they've done is so wrong and just filled with toxic hate that aside from the blind sheep who probably don't even really support them irl, noone will support these people. If Vic wins, they lose. If Vic somehow loses, they still lose.

So most of it is people who have passed on a story that confirms their prejudices without really thinking about it, which is a bitch move but extremely common. There's also room for the ones who get more specific to be remembering something differently, or recontextualising an innocent encounter as being toxic now that they know the 'truth' about Vic/are woke. I reckon that of the current players, only a couple, like Monica, are actively, knowingly lying - or at bare minimum, framing a borderline interaction in the absolute worst way possible - about their experiences with Vic. It makes me wonder if that's the planned defense of a whole bunch of these people, 'I truly believed what I kept saying about Vic being a rapist and pedophile was true, so I can't get in trouble for it, right?'

But for me, I think most people vastly underestimate the damage a determined psycho can and will do if they want - and that it takes only one. And the more outlandish the lengths they've gone to can work in their favour, because they can break Occam's Razor with the lengths they will go. It's why it's such a good thing a number of our more malignant lolcows are so lazy, because if they applied themselves, they could do even more damage than they currently are.

If anything, I hope this entire debacle shows and undermines the bullshit of gossip that goes around at anime conventions. Again, this kind of shit has been going on for years, and with how this has made a head with the womyn and misandristfags, this is going to blow like a zit.

Then again, for every Salem Witch Trial in the past, we get another in the form of McCarthyism or Heavy Metal Satanism Panic into the modern day. But then again, every subculture usually needs its own kick in the ass for something of theirs to let them know how it will grossly affect them in the course of society and waking life.

I getting a bit personal on this, but they don't know real anger and rage because they only get "mad" when it's safe and then people genuinely lose it with them, they will just try and bury that person as unstable. They don't have righteous anger because that's a scary thing and and more so when it's controlled. They are about to get it via lawsuits.

I would bet $50 that at least some of the hate for Vic is coming from sluts who had the hots for Vic back in the day, but he turned them down/broke it off before it got too serious. We pretty much know that Vic violated his own Christian morals - it's what broke up his engagement - but just how far did he go, before saying "this is wrong, we have to stop"? They've heard the vicious rumors for so long that they're convinced that Vic was probably banging everyone except them, and now they're out to get "his balls". Hell hath no fury.

And just as long as I'm making wagers, I'd put down another $50 that at least some of the hate is coming from pervs who've seen underage girls glomping Vic for decades and they're jealous as fuck. They've heard the vicious rumors for so long that they're convinced that Vic is taking advantage of all that adoring attention - they're projecting hard, so how could he not?, they think - and they're jealous because they're not getting any. They'd be all over that underage pussy. (No, I don't buy that Soye is "into older women" - the cuck's engagement to "Ms. Ronald Toye" just means he should be all the more embarrassed. I really doubt he's getting any, and even if he was, it certainly wouldn't rule out him thirsting after the jailbait that's perpetually just out of his reach - but constantly seen in Mignogna's embrace.)

They're all the more pissed, too, because Vic is such a goody-goody Christian in public, which makes him a terrible hypocrite - they just know that in private he's banging all kinds of slutty voice actresses and drunk underage cosplay thots. The jealousy is just eating them alive. It's a shame that Aesop isn't alive today to see the hilarity of it all - I bet he could come up with a few inspired parables.

Now, granted, I couldn't collect on either bet, but only because #KickVic isn't exactly known for paying its debts.

I never watched this youtuber before, but it came up in my recommendations. And it looks like FUNi royally fucked up their 30th anniversary collection of Dragonball
I wonder if the immense hate from that is also upsetting to Toei
