Is it good or bad that Nick talks about and references KF and Null? If I was a KickVick person I could easily accuse Nick of leading people to the doxx and harassment of people. Looks like Nick is in damage control mode and trying to portray KF as not a doxxing website. Even if you could say Nick has done nothing wrong, which they haven't, it's definitely not a good look to normies.

Asking Josh to give a better understanding that his website and the exceptionals that are on it don't bend the knee to people isn't damage control brainlet.

Normies are not our audience, they're not Nick's audience, and they're not kickvic's audience. Normies give as much of a fuck about any of this as they did about GamerGate - which is none at all.

The only audience which matters is the 12 men and women who'll be sitting on a Texas jury, and we're not relevant to them at all.

It might be 6 in federal court. Different Texas state courts also have different rules, but it's 12 in state district court. That may or may not apply in the likely event that it is filed in a federal court such as in the Eastern District of Texas.
