I think this pushback against SJW is working really well compared to Gamergate because law is now a part of the equation and the SJWs can't do anything against it.I don't watch anime. All the people mentioned in this thread have been strangers to me - VAs, cosplay thots, I've not heard of nearly any of the shows people are talking about. The anime sperging has been the most skippable parts to me.
But I've read along because of the drama, and because like with Waid vs. Meyer, I'm glad to see some real, tangible pushback to the current culture that lets the sanctimonious hypocrites get away with shit like this - constantly, endlessly making accusations of unacceptable and/or illegal behaviour online, with the victims being unable to do anything to stop it. The chances of a few lawsuits in these nerd communities putting some fear into the number of lolcows on the farms we see that use the exact same tactics has me
But it's also why I think it's so important that Renfamous and her socks are brought to heel as well. Because she doesn't just gleefully spread these lies, she also is an escalator of them. She makes sure to say, not that Vic was inappropriate, or harassing - she calls him a pedophile, and repeats endlessly as a fact that he molests underage girls. And that bullshit spreads, not just through her socks and accomplices but towards the rumours that neutrals and normies hear about the situation.
I want her to be BTFO. I'd love it if she could be shunted off Twitter so we don't have to think about her endless screeching. But really, what I want is for her to have to publicly, on all accounts, apologise, declare she was wrong, and make sure everyone knows that she wasn't just misinformed, but was actively libeling Vic out of malice and for her own benefit. Bugger her being doxed - I want her shriveled, hate-filled soul to be exposed for exactly the terrible person she is, with no illusions of 'right side of history' or 'but I thought I was doing the right thing'.
Really, I just want it proven that she is the way we see her, not the way she portrays herself. Because we do. We know exactly who she is. And she hates it.
True, they think they are above the law, and that is their biggest mistake. and Twitter still got shit from Gamergate. Here is the thing. They got worse and worse after each battle, but now they are fucked. As they say Third is the charm. I forgot which post it was on, but they said that Kickvic from the start was built on lies while GG and CG opponents had some faint merit to their claims, (but we all know most of what goodwill they did get was pissed on by them). Not only that but they've attacked people with authority like Nick or Ty and will continue to attack them until they are punished severely.
If they really do possess criminal material how come they haven't reported it to authority? Is it fap material to them? Do they look at the "victim" Vic is "attacking" and think "God I wish that was me"? I mean we know the real answer but if there is a chance there is such material why aside from criminal activities do they just sit on such a thing?
The disturbing part is that saving evidence for later is a common trend.
