This picture gives me so much anxiety. That skirt is somehow worse and more exposed to me than walking down the street dressed only in underwear.
This picture gives me anxiety because I'm not sure if she's wearing any underwear under that skirt (I know those skirts usually are unforgiving to underwear lines so people don't always wear anything under them)

She looks huge.

Those prince of wales check legging-things she's got on (trans-Atlantic translation: plaid yoga pants) - those look similar to type that Chantal chose for her gym outfit. I didn't see the red stripe on hers, mind - though that's probably because her fat legs were stretching them so far.

Not sure what her height is, but she's at least an 18-20 in the first photo. She doesn't have a discernible waist and is clearly pear shaped. Perhaps, and I'm giving LOTS of credit, she's a 14 on top, but those bottoms, no ma'am. In the second pic we're looking at 24 at the very least.

Why do these bitches think we don't have eyes? You don't have to feel bad about yourselves, but you clearly do or you wouldn't treat your body this way. At the very fucking least, don't lie about it. You're clearly miserable or you're a total glutton, either way, society is going to judge you as such. Sorry, sis. Thems the breaks. These folks have made a choice, a conscious decision to live as they do and no, I will not treat you as if this is something you don't have the ability to change. I will not and I do not have sympathy for them. My symapathy is given to those that deserve it. People in situations they can't help or change, not these vain, selfish, greedy pigs.

These bitches are lucky they don't carry as much weight in their face, so they can still catfish people with those angles. And I am convinced she is a size 24 in this pic. I suppose the dress could technically be smaller, but it doesn't fit properly regardless.

Loey may not carry that much weight in her face, but her eyes look smaller now. Her body is so big, but her eyes are so tiny. (:_(
 
How do people gain so much so fast?

one thing most of the super fats have in common is that they graze and eat sweets and finger food all day long. it's easy to eat 3-4K calories a day when you are visiting the candy or chip bowl at work (or home) every other hour and grabbing a few goodies. sugary drinks are another bad habit most super fats have.

one of the easiest things super fats can do to lose weight is just pick one problem food and give it up completely, for example soda, or potato chips.

this is why people switching from regular to diet soda is actually a good choice. i've heard stories of people losing 20+ pounds when they stopped drinking regular soda.

For the morbidly obese it's incredible hard. Which is why intermittent fasting rarely works for them either as they are completely obsessed with food and cannot simply "put it out of their mind". If you can get them to take the baby step of giving up soda for diet maybe then you can work on harder changes but in the meanwhile at least they will be consuming less calories.

After taking a mental health break from Youtube Lifebyjen looks like she packed on at least 60lbs. Her like to dislike ratio has started to resemble foodiebootys. How long until she disables comments?

A good idea is to simply remove from your house anything that can be grabbed and eaten quickly...candy, crisps, biscuits, etc...and only keep grabbable food like baby carrots about. Everything else should be ingredients for preparing food. The worse it is for you healthwise, the harder it should be to prepare (like cupcakes), while simple easier things like lean frozen chicken or ingredients for salads should be in abundance.

When faced with the task of having to prepare something instead of simply grabbing it-even if preparing just means boiling water or making toast-SO much less eating occurs because you’re not eating out of boredom all day. Once you place a simple obstacle in the way of immediate eating, your brain often decides it’s not actually hungry enough to go through the effort of cooking.

You’ll also notice people who weigh more tend to make a LOT of food at once and then put the leftovers in the fridge “for tomorrow’s lunch” or “for the husband to have”, only to eat it themselves a few hours later, just because it’s there. AL makes huge pots of food at a time and Chantal orders huge amounts of food at once and promises to leave some for the next day’s lunch, only to break down and eat it all an hour later.

Your brain will tell you to eat more delicious pasta if it knows there’s an entire pot of it still in the kitchen. Deliberately making only one or two servings of pasta at a time means if you want more, you’ll have to make more, and most people will realize they aren’t actually hungry enough to go through the bother of making it again.

I thought these super tacky backdrops with Xmas string lights were so you, you know, use it as an actual backdrop. Not lazily show half of of the backdrop on screen and the other half your cruddy living room.

I bet her YT backdrop is now the major decor feature of her living room. Not that she gets visitors, but I bet she’d breathlessly show off her YT studio to anyone who dropped by.
