That’s the likely date. The assumption is they are waiting till Kamehacon concludes as several of their likely claims involve contracts regarding Kamehacon. So they need to see who does what at the con before filing. But they are otherwise ready to go.

They don't like Trump yet they act just as immature as him. This is why People that love or hate Trump only help his cause. Worst of all, they are borrowing his tactic of talking shit and using ad hominem attacks on their opponents. But here is the thing, Trump did this to Politicians that are not as in touch with modern people, too rigid and unprepared in dealing with them. While these SJW's are doing it to the people that can call bullshit on it, endure the shitstorm and then bust them for it. Lumping people to a political ideology that many are not even part of and incompatible with is the stupidest shit ever. TDS is getting worse year after year and it's clear that they are desperate to have people vindicate their side as the righteous one but they are anything BUT! All they are doing is burning bridges like the (Femi)nazis they are and have more and more people that hate each other ally with each other and go after them.
Trump is that kind of person that doesn't give a fuck and they continue to attack him and other people that in the hopes they are score a W and bent the knees of as many people as they can. But tyranny is something people will never forgive and will be met with fierce resistance.
It's self fulfilling prophecy and they ain't gonna win and be seen as victims because:
1: People are not gonna give a fuck about their victim card and gonna be ruthless.
2: They've pissed off so many people that they are now objectively evil!
3: Evidence of their attacks, verbal, physical, financially, and personally is too big to deny.
4: Hypocrisy of such a level that is beyond a mental illness.
It's clear that deep down they are still salty over Trump being president and they are taking out on anyone that doesn't feel the same.

Nick didn't suggest it has anything to do with finalizing claims involving the interference with the KC contract. He said that it would be awkward to have Vic, Ty, and the ALOD at KC, immediately after the lawsuit is filed, and word of that starts spreading like wildfire (which it ill).
Filing it after KC allows Vic to avoid IRL drama shit. It's a move designed to avoid grief for Vic and allow him the best chance to have a pleasant experience with his fans before shit gets super real. The thing is almost certainly ready to go now if it needed to happen right now. An additional delay won't make any real difference.

He's been very passive-aggressive throughout this whole thing. He oscillates rapidly from "fuck Vic," to "I just want Vic to get help." I think it has to do with how rattled he is at the moment he tweets. Some of these people are coming unglued. They don't know what to do, so they can't stick to a certain plan. The plan they had is long since dead.

A good lawyer takes a holistic approach and focuses on a positive outcome for the client, not just narrowly sperging about the legal, technical issues to the exclusion of practicality. This is all about Vic getting as much out of his possibly ended career as he can before the war starts in earnest.
Only the deeply, terminally dumb think this means nothing happened and they're safe.

All of the main players have alternated between "he has a problem and we just want him to get help" and "let's crucify him" throughout this.
I don't think any of them ever thought it might play out this way, even though it was pretty much inevitable once Funi made their statement. This is bigger than all of them - including Vic - now, and none of them know how to handle it. Vic has been smart enough to let someone else handle it for him, unlike these other fuckdrops.

This isn't how it's supposed to happen in clown world. One SJW announces that someone is "canceled" and a few other SJWs concur, maybe making up some more accusations, and then the person ceases to exist. That the person might actually fight back is an alien concept to them.
It's so alien to them they're literally in denial as to the Mack truck of pain that is about to roll all over them, insisting it's not really happening, that $125,000 has been raised and a law firm retained apparently for no reason at all, and none of this money is going to be spent and no lawsuit happens because it wasn't filed weeks ago.

I am on #2 and #3. I watched FMA:B and loved edward's voice but never realized it was voiced by vic or even cared who voiced him (because i soon started watching subbed only). And when vids of vic started popping on utube my first reaction was "Who gives a fuck another #Metoo propaganda on twitter." But a week later when i saw a tweet from mother's cucked basement whining about it, i instantly caught up on it. Because i know that asshole is wrong about every fucking thing that is based in reality.
Also add a 4. Overtime from laughing at these assholes, my morals have ended up wanting to see these assholes suffer and be destroyed the same way they tried with Vic's life.
