You're definitely right, edited that. I just thought it was his weird southern drawl but "cad" fits a lot better, especially with the new English royalty thing he's trying.

Its be funnier if he styled himself after Æthelweard, Bendigeidfran, Penda of Mercia, Haraldr Harðráði, Rædwald or (considering to girl schtick) Boudicca. Some mishmash of Anglo-Saxon, Welsh, Viking, Pictish and pre-Roman Briton at any rate. It's at least more bloody likely he would have innherited at least some genetic material from a Nordic rapist than the Tudors

These texts are a gold mine. As some have pointed out, Colin isn't really that weenish. I mean, he's not nice but he simply has no reason to be nice when Chris acts this way. I guess he was kind of a means to vent some frustration about Chris, too. So I don't really see a problem with his character and he got retired, so kudos to the people involved. It generated some funny and somewhat revealing content.

I don't remember Colin's background at the moment, he was from a rich family, right? I guess here it's a bit of a missed opportunity, where making him have a poor background would have paid off with a "Dude, I had to work hard to get where I am.". Would have loved to see Chris reaction to that, but still well done.

Edit: Also the bullshit he says about Snyder is getting more and more annoying.
First he faked his accident, then he tried to a get rich quick scheme, now he's even bribing cops.
The fella kept Chris sorry, saggy ass out of a shitton of trouble by being lenient in court and he thanks him by accusing him of more and more absurd and grave crimes?
This is how Chris rewards people that are nice to him. Not going "well, maybe I misjudged him", no. It's just petty bullshit meant to perpetuate his retarded notion of being the victim, even when he unmistakenly is at fault himself.

Goddamnit, we have to make Chris find out about Boudicca, it would be hilarious.
"You're just a typical, unempathetic, roman-like JERK!"

Does Chris think the only sex lesbians can have is tribadism?
It's even worse than that. His idea of tribadism (as been proven by the tribadism art Flufflehugs received) is basically the porn-lesbian-typical act of scissoring that apparently is incredibly rare in reality. So not only is his idea of lesbian sex fixed on one sole act but said act also is something lesbians do not really engage in. Well. scissoring and cunnilingus.
And here's a thought I couldn't hold back but I'll at least will hide behind a spoilertag:
Chris is aware of cunnilingus amongst lesbians -porn made sure of that- but I never realized up till now that would imply he'd expect a lesbian to lick his unclit.

Why wouldn't he still be alive?
His Lego-Minifgure received a good shaking, I assume.

I loved when Chris mocked Colin's job and then gloated about his "job" of making retarded medals bored people buy to laugh at. It would have been fun if Colin called bullshit on Chris job ethics and compared it to real world job responsibility.

Its funny that there is no way Chris isnt the bully here....Colin's only sin was hanging out with his friend Catie and out of the blue there is this weirdo pestering him non-stop, calling him names and mocking him, his looks and.....being sucessful (?¿?)

I think that grand part of this is raging, petty, pants-shitting envy. Not because he is with Catie but because he hates how Colin has a good life and doesnt look like a spoiled potato.

I want to also note that Chris was told that Colin is from a sucessful family, but also that he worked his ass off to be where he is. One more time, Chris willfully ignores reality and acuses Colin of having money fall into his lap (Unlike Chris, right?)

Chris calls him "quite the mischievous cad and an ingrate" and then accuses him of being pretentious immediately afterward.

Really demonstrates how he's just flinging random words. "Ingrate"? What would Colin ever have been grateful to Chris for under ordinary -- stop, I can't finish that sentence. There are no "ordinary circumstances" with Chris.

This set of emails came about when Colin became concerned for Catherine after Chris hinted that he had a criminal past. The rest is pretty self-explanatory.

I dunno... I have a tough time getting through these. Not saying Chris wasn't a jerk here, but I get the feeling that even if Chris was reasonable the "Collin" character was just going to be an ass to him anyway until a reaction happened.

I always find the funniest exchanges to be those where the person doesn't try to be an ass to Chris and give him as much benefit of the doubt as possible. It makes all of Chris's idiotic and hostile behavior that follows that much more funny.

Actually, this exchange is from a period where I very deliberately dialed Colin back and made him much more reasonable. I abandoned him shortly afterwards because, as I said, he had become too much of a troll/antagonist and, even with a more reasonable demeanor, he wasn't really serving any useful purpose. Besides, even if he was being more reasonable, I doubt that Colin would have succeeded in getting through to Chris: he was a dang stereotypical male after all.

It's interesting that he seems to assume that the bad times are all in the past. Regarding the Sweetheart Search, he says, "with my autism, I had less ability in foreseeing incoming circumstances to my actions." So this isn't true anymore? You're over your autism? This wouldn't be the first time he's made that claim. He talks about his shyness in the past tense too. He implies that he doesn't feel "Publicly Invisible" anymore. "My adult life in my twenties were [sic] miserable and depressing to me." So I guess he thought his thirties would be better. He seems to think of girlfriends as the holy water of the Lourdes grotto: they cure all ailments.

I totally agree that I don't think Chris would have taken it much better no matter how "Collin" acted. However I'm not sure if any of this had a point to get through to Chris other than to produce funny. My point was it was just hard to read someone being a jerk (if this was dialed back then wow) to Chris and Chris just reciprocating. Not saying anything horrible or bad was done to Chris, just saying it wasn't much fun to read.

To use our word of the day, Chris is the one who's "lackadaisical" about that whole felony thing. "Don't worry, as soon as probation ends I won't be a felon anymore." Uh, about that... :/

It sure is too bad that Snyder spent all his money bribing the police, witnesses, and the court system to put Chris on probation. Obviously that's why the store went under
The supervised parole must have been hilarious - I hope we get some stories of Chris's side of it.
