It’s been like the same 4-5 tweets just repeated over and over.

It's not like, it is. Been looking at the tweets and replies occasionally, and they've literally resorted to just sameposting the same old Rekieta photoshops of him in that "blackface" as replies to anyone responding to some of the comment chains. Before someone decided to stop replying to the obvious bait, they made that statement that "The NPC program must be stuck in a loop".

It's honestly not even funny anymore, just sad.

The dude was moderately known locally in the con scene. He pooped in his mess kit where A-Kon was concerned, narrowly dodged a libel suit there and missed being brought up on charges for obstruction and sexual harassment and assault charges for his behavior. He was settling in to a comfortable life with a young (way young) and pretty wife. He founded his own con.

So along comes the weeb wars, a conflict that was not his fight involving people who wouldn't give a rats ass where he was concerned. He wasn't known to any of the parties other than Rial who evidently had to shoo that fly in her last A-Kon appearance (2008?) but otherwise on NO ONE'S radar. And yet, after getting his ass handed to him by Nick and seeing that this shit's real, he doesn't sit down or duck and cover; instead he insists on stepping into the blast radius.

Shane, you disgust me but I know some very nice people in your closest orbit. Think of them, think of your kids, shut up before you ruin their lives and your ability to care for Rebecca and the boys. I hate to watch this slow burn that will ruin you but I won't look away. Damn it man.
