nothing better than making a morning coffee and opening up chantal thread. almost guaranteed to have my morning laugh and brighten the mood for the day.
here we are again with her bloated face lecturing us about ghosts and yet another vegan diet probably minutes after she had her last hurrah. a few days ago she said "let's prove them wrong" while smugly issuing a challenge to AL. she couldn't even last a day on it herself and probably demolished that cheese cake she proudly took pictures off and laughingly said that it will take discipline and strength to not touch. and here we are about to embark on yet another planned journey that will last for 2 days.
i honestly can't believe there are so many gullible people out there that are so desperate for quick fix. she will believe anything. so now she's willing to listen to some ghost whisperer over advice from a medical doctor who specializes in these things?
35 years old with no kids and no real relationship (ongoing or in the past) what so ever. at this point i'm not even sure if having some serious medical emergency would change her in the long run. people who change usually have something important going on in their life. she has nothing.
you can't change someone like her quickly. she's been like this for her whole life. she'd need extensive therapy multiple times a week for multiple years and i just don't see that happening with her i want it now mentality. plus she's a narcissist which i guess would be make it even harder if not impossible to get through, especially after so long.
if this was anyone else i'd feel really bad for but since she showed her true colors on many occasions i know perfectly well what she's really like and i'm relieved that she'll never lose weight because if she would she'd show her true personality which is just as disgusting as her body is. she's finished.
Anyways, Chantal talks about how her nurse said to eat processed meat and cheese as a snack, and like a child she decides to throw the entire plan out the window, instead of just adjusting the plan to better suit her needs.
i'm almost positive the keyword was "in moderation" or "once in a while" as they know that going cold turkey causes more problems than it solves in the long run, even for people who have more discipline and willpower.
if you watch her for a while you see that she's the type of person that will heavily focus on only the positives or only on negatives when trying to prove her point and not see the big picture because she just doesn't have brain power to grasp the big picture and use her own common sense.
