All you needed to do was suck it up, sell out your accomplices cuz lets be honest their ship is sinking fast, make a deal with BHBH and let all of this blow over. I'm sure that the Amazons will be more than happy to take Shane's deposition about all of these conversations he had with con operators who disclosed to him their reasons for dropping Vic.

It's probably different in the US, but here there are circumstances where counsel for one side would potentially be violating ethics if they didn't tell unrepresented parties for the other side to shut up.

He was bound to slip up sooner or later. If anything it's gonna be the silent VA's that are gonna cut a deal if they are not total cowards. I'd bet they are forced be silent and are dying to break free and get payback for being Chris's Bitch, if they are not deers in the headlight. If any of the VA's have enough balls to make a move, they'd talk with The Beard and make a deal, because if they don't it's just proves the the VA's at FUNI that ain't asshole-cunts are the biggest pussies in the entertainment industry and as I mentioned a previous post, deserve to fall with the rest of them.

At this point, the question is just how much of the Anime industry is salvageable.

I think Sabat's recording session is unfortunately going to run long and he'll have to drop out of the con after the 12th. Fucker waited until the last minute to do this so that KC couldn't easily replace him, I would say KC should nut up and go after him, but considering they cucked to Rial already I'm guessing they wont.

Question to our lawyers, how much would the urgent recording clause protect Sabat if he has already made threats like Rackets has said?
