When it happens, check the address bar and see whether it's blocking a pop-up. For some reason, lately Chrome has been treating redirects as pop-ups for me and I have to manually over-ride it each time I want to archive a new url.

I will also add that there is a new Kenshin series made by the aforementioned pedo being published in Japan at the moment. When the news came out about artist's tendencies, Viz dropped that new series as fast possible. Funimation would look SUPER hypocritical and awful if they brought over these new movies when even the company that is owned by the same publisher for Kenshin refuses to resume releasing the new series in English.

I checked their youtube and they get less than 10 views a video. I'm not exaggerating. Maybe it's a fan and Vic agreed to be nice. He seems to like to support new artists if his clothes are anything to go by.

All three that I mentioned are pretty darn guilty of criminal activity, you know the story about momo and the megaphone shoved in that girl’s crotch, yea can confirm, I was in the room when it happened, that was Colossalcon 2017, Saturday night. In Ohio, where Colossalcon is like Nick mentioned inappropriate touching like that is sexual battery IIRC.

Rizen we have chat logs where he admits to fucking an underage girl,

and Ryusei_cos has admitted to friends he fucked a 14 year old in 2013, released revenge porn of his ex in 2017, and he tried to do the same things to other people what has been happening to Vic as a form of revenge or jealousy.

There are a few, and a few that didn’t make it on there that I know of. My info is local based, but it seems that Ohio was one of the areas where this list got added to the most. I’ve got a few suspicions as to what cliques of dangerhairs here were passing it around, but nothing solid.

I mentioned Mitchel Kauffman, our local 24 hour gay ops man.

Ryusei_Cos, power word: San Khon, is everything mentioned in the list plus a few other things, probably the biggest lolcow in the area.

Jason Roberts is probably nothing, he runs an 18+ panel called “tea time with Deadpool” you can imagine the degree of triggering that can cause.

Just looking at Saleah Ham I can guarantee they’re innocent, sane people don't say that someone “sexually harassed by gesture”

Some of these names have already been in this story, Hazukiri is on there, probably guilty. John Leigh, the owner of anime matsuri is there too, probably innocent. If the name is in grey it’s 99% probably bullshit, if it’s in red and it’s not someone big it’s worth a cursory look, but take a truckload of salt on a lot of these unless you get proof, usually chatlogs where they are dumb enough to admit to being tards.

Now I have seen a few lists that look like they could be the “hit list” floating around from some SJW friends on Facebook. I saw four names, Vic, Todd, the guy that plays the green power ranger and Travis Willingham. It got wiped before I could think to screenshot or archive it, so you’ll have to go with me on that. My guess was they would target Travis next because of the visibility of the Critical Role Kickstarter, but I think we stopped them for now.

Nobody gives a shit about Shane or what he says. I don't even think KickVic likes Shane.

I stand by my prediction that R1 is Marchi, Rial, Soye, and Funimation, at a minimum. Everything else is gravy. Shane can be deposed, or told to shut the fuck up, but I don't see them wasting the money naming him as a defendant in R1. R1 is gonna be the people that hurt Vic the most (and, when discredited, will basically force a total reevaluation of everything).

We'll see how wrong I am come Monday.

The only reason why Shane may become relevant, is i remember Nick naming him last night as one of the people running interferance on kamehacon, and that's where they earn the coin.

I think there are multiple tiers of targets. There are those who are round 1 defendants. There are discovery targets. I think Shane has mostly made up any importance and knowledge he has so there may not even be any point in going after him in discovery because he doesn't know shit and is just a moron.

The only one I think might have the sense to come to the table before then (or already has) is Funimation and you generally don't want to sue an employer if you can avoid it. I'm not seeing how it's avoidable at this point, though. They have had every opportunity to resolve this and have instead shit themselves and done nothing.

DBS seems really bad next to the original language or even abridged
(thank you funimation for getting me to switch to subbed by having the dub come out with a 90 episode gap, fuck super is OVER and you still haven't caught up.)

That could just mean he's ripe to be deposed. Doesn't mean he'll get sued.

Naming Shane as a defendant is like giving the blue orca a thread here. You don't want to do either for the same reason.

Shane will possibly shut the fuck up when the suit drops and things start going majorly south for KickVic. His reaction to R1 is a good way of assessing his vulnerability in follow-on rounds.
