So near the beginning of this. Jame Marchi #metoo'd Vic. While doing so she decided to show malice which even you yourself should be able to admit. She later had pm's leaked showing that she had 0 evidence, knew she was past the statue of limitation. Despite these things which basically show that she walked in to a situation where she knew she could get completely dunked on in court by someone several chromosomes short of a regular set decided to wage a social war. One you have assisted in. Why?

Yeah I looked at your convention. Granted, I'm not a staffer, I've done media-y things and artist alley slinging but have friends in high con places and have a basic gist of con mechanics through them.

Your con looks like trash. No explanation what it is, shitty gimmick that isn't explained, ugly logo made up of default Photoshop shapes, fonts, and layer effects (lol stroke + drop shadow graphicdesignismypassion.jpeg,) literally who guests, and tickets for a whole weekend that cost less than a movie ticket. Add on an oversaturated market and shitty social media presence, your con looks like a high school weeb project and not a professional outlet.

More importantly, what's your actual stance when "the people putting their faces" behind baseless accusations flagrantly lie to the public, then shuffle out of the limelight to have you hold the shit?

Because that's what's going to get you in the end: defending someone else's behavior/statements that they won't defend themselves because they know how wrong it is.

I can't tell you how many times I have been shown something and wanted to immediately post it online or screenshot a conversation and post it online. If I could, I doubt any of this would be happening.
For the record, with at least some of them, it pisses me off they are cowards who hide behind profits knowing other people are taking the hits for the shit they refuse to talk about.

We are best friends and after talking to other friends of hers, her mom and dad, and others who have known her for years I stopped holding her being in her 20's against her.

That doesn’t seem to hold up. What exactly would happen if you showed evidence that proved you all were right all along?

Unless of course it proves some of the parties denouncing Vic now were covering for him or something similar. Care to explain further?

Fair enough. You might have noticed that one question we keep coming back to is "why now"?

Leaving Vic aside, both sides seem to agree that the industry is full of predators and that it's been sheltering them for years. Can you give us any insight into why they've been sheltered for so long beyond people putting their own economic interests before doing the right thing? It creates something of a credibility gap when people claim to have known about this stuff for a very long time but have not acted to stop it. What kind of person does that?
