All true, but having been through and still in an ongoing case we were given the orders "do not say, do not post, do not write or do anything even remotely near this world" If people ask you say, it's ongoing.. Not discounting your point, it is spot on, I am just baffled by the shear ignorance I see in writing, copiable, reproducable and prime fuel for a defamation suit as well as a TI suit. I have to agree that at least the firm soye consulted with has no clue he and his finance (who can be compelled to testify against him by the way...delicious) are acting the complete and utter fool

It could have been related to the Waid v Meyer case as we got some good juicy details from that today. Highly reccommened for anyone thinking that Nick's been totally wrong about everything. Watch he Waid v Meyer videos and then check the LLP thread.

Yep. The perfect example of following his attorney’s instructions to the letter is Richard Meyer. Diversity & Conics. When he entered into the lawsuit regarding Mark Waid, he stopped talking about Waid, the lawsuit, Antarctic Press etc. after Waid announced he was being sued Meyer made one brief statement acknowledging the lawsuit and saying he could not and would not discuss it further. Other than that I think he had two very minor updates regarding the status of the lawsuit. Just back end stuff involving calendars and costs. Nothing talking about the substance or parties of the claims. Whereas Waid initially started chipping out. I suspect his lawyer had to install one of those dog training shock collars on Waid, and give the button to a drunken intern forced to read Waid’s twitter with instructions to fry his ass anytime he mentioned Meyer or the case.

The only one here who might actually have lawyered up might be Marchi. Her raving lunacy seemed to stop the week the spoilage letters went out.
