Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

Woman who likes meat is shocked she can't stick to a diet with no meat in it. Wow.

It really seems like she likes the idea of a whole-food plant-based diet because it will let her sit on a moral high horse.

Christ, I leave for a few days and she’s cycled like three times. I’ll do my best to keep my commentary brief and apologize ahead of time for being late. Honestly I don’t even know where to start.

I gotta give credit to Peetz regardless of his taste in...whatever Chantal is, him telling her that diet was stupid gave me a chuckle. The accountability bullshit has been covered so fabulously by you farmers I’m not gonna touch that.

Sperg time- dissociative disorders, they’re closely linked to childhood trauma and rarely develop past late teens (fugue and amnesia may but still). As a whole she tried to claim a type of disorder, that not only is s highly controversial to the point insurance won’t cover the treatment in the US, but there is debate it even exists. They’re closely related to trauma disorders and even next to each other in the DSM, this is serious shit to claim. And I know other cows do it too, but people like her are why there’s doubts regarding the validity of these illnesses that ruin people’s lives. Bipolar has been addressed so I won’t touch that, just wanted to throw our context./end annoyance

I think she gained more weight this week then this thread grew in pages honestly. Seeing the full body shots of her was amazing in itself. I know it’s Chantal but the rate she’s cycling is impressive.

No one is going to approve you for weight loss surgery you moron.

100% sure the only reason she's talking weight loss surgery now is because Hamberlynn brought it up in her last video. Chintal is almost as hungry for attention as she is for junk food. Same reason she brought up Ambercon as well, hoping linking herself to a more successful YouTube death fat would make her look better and get her more views.

And the roller coaster, it starts all over again.
One day it’s gonna fall off the track, I swear.

Edit: Only Chantal would eat fricking corn dogs and chicken tenders while announcing her plant base diet coming soon.

Is she trolling or is she trolling without knowing she's trolling? Either way - I got triggered by the Corn Dogs, Fried Pickes (?,) AND Italian Poutine in the same video. Good job, Chantal. The show must go on.

"I didn't ask for deep fried pickles, they gave me some"

HoOld up! That shit came from some sort of restaurant? That meal looks gross af. Straight out of a frozen foods aisle. Leave it to Chantal to go order the most depressing looking food ever for her big "come-back" of quitting youtube for like 8 hours.
She also said they didn’t come with dipping sauce so she probably won’t eat them and then went on to eat most of not all of them with that Italian Pootin. I didn’t even know that was a thing nor had I realized fried dill pickle spears had escaped the southern US.

she did that 4 days ago...

3:50 if timer doesn't work
Yeah but she just said again she wants to see a doctor so she has to call him a charlatan AGAIN and cancel the rest of her appts.

We’re Chantaling at warp speed here, the cycles are hitting us faster. I want to see if we can get her to do them all in one day.

Jabba posted these at 4:30am her time. She's been up replying to comments with her pathetic comebacks since at least 2am. I wonder which fast food joint she picked cheeseburgers at before googling this study.

Can we get a doc kiwi to dissect the validity/statistical significance of this study?

From my generalized med science knowledge, it seems she's cherry picking big time.

But I'll leave the med discussion to those with actual medical degrees (much like Chantal should)

My research background isn't medical related, but I agree that it seems to me that this is basically just confirmation bias for Pizza the Hut. I haven't looked into the whole paper, but from this abstract (which we all know is the only part she read) seems to have too many variables to be able to come to any definitive conclusion. If I feel autistic enough I may try to see if there are other studies done that help confirm or debunk this.

I’ll see if I can dig up the full text journal article. But I’m guessing none of the participants were doing Mukbangs during the study...

Here's some choice quotes from the full text of that article that applies to our gorl.

By Chantal's logic, a diet of drinking olive oil by the gallon should totally reduce those cysts. The study in it's discussion states that increased intake of veggies and whole grains is just an indicator of being a well rounded healthy person. It also talks about higher education, socio-economic status etc but sure, eating a few veggies should reduce the cysts.

I think this quote is particularly relevant to Chantal.

In all seriousness this study simply states that people without cysts are generally healthy people who have a balanced diet, visit their doctor and take their health seriously. Things Chantal doesn't do. It doesn't recommend a diet to reverse cysts, it simply paints a portrait of women who are less likely to have them or be diagnosed with them.
